    This company is a fraud. What I ordered is nothing like what I received. They are refusing to honor their guarantee in their ad on their web site. They are refusing to send the instructions or the address to return the wig or to issue a refund. They are offering to refund me 15% of my purchase. That is not acceptable when their ad states full refund if returned in 30 days which I have tried to do. They really shouldnt even get a 1 star review. I have never had such a terrible experience with a company in trying to get a reasonable response. I realize now that I should of checked to see if there was any other concerns from customers with BBB. I see there are several other customers who have experience the same dissatisfaction. If there is anything that BBB can do I would really appreciate it. Very frustrated consumer! *****************************

    What I ordered is nothing like what I received. False information in their website that you can return for 30 days. They will not accept the wig back and will not provide you their return address. They even warn you that their address in the "from" is not their real address. Shame on them. Thieves. I got this wig as I've lost my hair with chemotherapy. This company thrives on stealing from people who are in a bad situation already.

    DO NOT BUY THEIR WIGS!I ordered a wig from their company and it took more than a month to arrive. To put it simply, the wig I received was different from what I ordered.I contacted customer service and I was told to take the wig to a salon to **********.What BS!I told them I just wanted to return it and they're giving me the runaround and telling me they put a lot of effort ************ and shipment. What?All their reviews are awful and I wish I'd read them before my purchase.I just put in a dispute with my Chase credit card and hopefully, I don't lose $170.They're scammers period.

    This organization is giving me the run around. Ordered a wig on September 1. Promised delivery was 14 days. Now they are saying they MAY be able to get it to me by mid October but no guarantees. I asked for a refund. They declined.

    This company uses the old bait and switch routine. I ordered a wig from their website and after waiting over a month, and inquiring when can I expect receipt of item, it finally arrived. To my surprise and dismay it was nothing like the picture. When I emailed customer service to complain of my disappointment and explained that I wanted to return the wig and get a refund, and to please send return info, I received an email saying while it may look a bit different however I could take it to a hair stylist and have it trimmed/shaped to my liking. I wrote back that no I didnt want to invest more money into something I did not want or order. I never received return details and am forced to keep something that I paid a hefty price for and didnt order.I will NEVER order from WIGSIS again.Buyer beware!Mhqueens

    I will never do business with them again!!! They did address my package correctly so it didnt come to me! They requested a $30 fee to ship a new one I told them no! This is their problem! They have been emailing me for 3 day trying to get more money from me they beg me to not take my business elsewhere but I will now! They are just yanking my chain to see if they can wear me down so I will pay them more shipping fees. I would like to talk to them on the phone but I cannot find a number to call, my gosh the post office returned mine so why dont they just send it to me? Because its all about the all mighty dollar Im not willing to give them anymore! They wear you down and hope for more money from you

    Avoid this website! After waiting over a month and following up by email twice, they claimed my order had finally shipped. When I checked the tracking number they sent, it turned out the number was fake! They gave me a used tracking number from someone else's order that had already been delivered to them. I cancelled my order and requested a full refund, but I doubt I'll receive it. Disgusting!
