    This particular contractor who is a husband and wife company. Was dishonest about all the charges and did not communicate in regards to additional high costs. There was a 100% upcharge on our house renovation. When approaching the owners of this business they were extremely aggressive and used abusive speech. I have neighbor who can serve as an witness to the account in 2023. There has been deep emotional damaged done to our experience, and I feel that there honest good people that will be taken advantage of. Very hostile people.

    Before work was performed, we reviewed the contract with the homeowners and the homeowners agreed and signed the contract. As the work was performed, there were changes that needed to be made because of customers supplied materials, these changes were discussed before moving forward. We were upfront about the charges and did communicate with the homeowners. Once we were finished with the project, the homeowners did not want to pay the rest of the balance that was owed. He had gotten upset and said that was wrong.  He had a friend lawyer that did come to the house to see if we were in the correct. Lawyer friend came to the house and had looked at the contract and said we the contractors (we)are correct and we are to receive payment from homeowners. Lawyer friend said to the homeowners that your floor was in horrible condition. Homeowners acknowledged but was not happy of what his friend lawyer had said. I too had also had someone as a witness. We have been understanding and even allowed the homeowners to make monthly payments. I have a signed contract with his signature and agreed to the monthly payments. We are allowed to charge a late fee if it is late. I had put on the invoice regarding and reminding if payments are late, there will be a late fee charge of $25.00 He has been making monthly payments of $500.00 a month. We have been nothing but understanding regarding payments.

    I will continue write reviews and share the truth with others. As being one of Jehovah Witness I belong to a community of righteous people that are both upright and kind. And having dealings with such Individuals that are both untruthful and greedy for dishonest gain will not go unshared with others.

    There was bullying done on part of this business. They have been both both aggressive and dishonest.  We have spoken with professional counsel due to this emotional injustice that occurred. I have shared my experience with others. And being one of Jehovahs Witness I belong to a community that will share the truth with others.
