    breach contract .On 8/9/23 I signed contract with ********************************* 4Js construction to build a greenhouse. The cost would be $18,000 I felt that was a fair price for what we agreed on. I gave them $9000 to start the project no sooner did they get some of the posts in when *** started in.that will be extra for what should have been included as agreement stated. Like up to code + strong ties.He got half of the roof up including 1x3x8 wood to hold up the plastic roof. Making no mention of that will be extra. And believe me he had no problem saying that will be extra.I had talked to them about some other work might want them to do but when they told me the cost I said no, that is when that will be extra really kicked in.On September 5, . I refused to pay extra for work regarding the greenhouse. They told me if i wanted them to finish the roof as it was only half completed . I had to sign the termination agreement which said will finish the roof.The area from the house to the roof was open so I signed it and then saw they were not adding the. 1x3x8s as they had done on the first part. I informed him that would make the roof slope and leak right in the middle of the greenhouse. I attempted to reason with him. All he kept saying was its not in the contract. The fact that they came to me informing me they were going to terminate the contract because I wasnt willing to pay extra for things done for the greenhouse not any extra outside work but would finish the roof only if I signed . I signed it. I did expect them to finish the roof as they did the first half. I was very upset yes 4Js left me with a half a roof. And not $3,000 worth of work done including some material. Refusing to return my money not earned. I have Ring in that area also.It is my personal opinion, that Mr. and ********************* doing business4Js construction are not reputable people or company, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
