    I ordered 3 EasyCare Sundhine 15s Heat-Up Mini Travel Steamers (2 in one color, a third in another color). I received instead 3 mist sprayers which I have no use for. (Pictures of email receipt of order, and 3 wrong products, attached). I contacted Neutroera company, and they will not correct the mistake no return, refund or exchange. This is a terrible business practice.

    Neutroera engages in unethical practices. I encountered a situation where I was charged for a service I neither authorized nor received. This charge was for the cost of $11.97 for expedited shipping. Upon realizing this fraudulent charge, I promptly contacted Neutroera to request reimbursement. However, they refused my request.This incident highlights Neutroera's disregard for ethical guidelines and customer trust. Their actions not only violate the principles of fair business practices but also leave customers vulnerable to unauthorized charges.As a consumer, it is my right to receive accurate and truthful information about charges. It is disheartening when a company fails to meet these basic standards. I urge Neutroera to take immediate action to rectify this situation and reimburse me for the charge of which I had no prior knowledge or consent.Neutroera's unethical practices of unauthorized charges and refusal to reimburse customers are unacceptable. It is imperative that they take immediate steps to rectify this situation and restore trust with their customers.

    On December 6, 2023, I ordered two ElectricGuard ****************** ********** Stun Rings. They were supposed to be $45.96 but I was charged $52.86. That isnt even the biggest issue. The problem is I was sent two pieces of metal with a sad face on them. Both had no batteries and were simply cheap brass knuckles. I sent a dozen emails to the company. I showed them proof that what I ordered was not what I received. They denied me over and over, claiming I received exactly what I ordered.I am now disputing it with my credit card company. This company is a complete scam. The name came up as ***********, on my credit card statement. Simply googling this name shows that they are not a legitimate company, with many other innocent consumers being robbed of their hard earned money.

    I ordered this face product for $30.96 around the end of April 2023 from NeutroEra. ( can not tell exactly as my card was compromised and swapped out after the purchase) Order #NEE36148 with no idea when I would receive it. Sent an email asking for status which they replied that I received the item locally on May 27th. Did not receive the item ( I am the only one in my house-hold and have a mailbox which is locked ) . On June 12th sent an email to them that I did not receive the item and wanted a full refund. On June 13th they said they were sorry and would send another free of charge. I waited until August 15th which is now another two months, did not receive the item once again, contacted them via email informing them of this situation. They told me once again that it was delivered on July 1st 2023 "tracking number AQ672005834CN , your order was delivered on 2023-07-01 hence, canceling and refunding you the whole amount is no longer possible." That is not acceptable !! This company is a scam and there are numerous entries online that state the practices of this company. It is not about the @ $31 dollars here, but about the issues !

    Purchased Blusoms Microdarts skin tag patches and received EELHOE Colloidal acne patches. Contacted company which advised to send pics of the packaging and the product received. Which I did and was told the order was correct. The order # is NEE07476819. They have multiple complaints of this happening and no resolution from them. This company is charging for one product and then sending a completely different product.

    I purchased your blusoms exfoliating coffee body scrub. I waited to receive it and upon opening it to use I received a liquified item of lighter color, not a dark coffee scrub as all your site pics and even reviews detail. I need my money back and I return the item at no cost to myself. This is ridiculous!! Even your ******** page has several complaints of the same nature. Pictures are available. You can clearly see the difference in items.

    On May 7, 2023, I ordered some Bluson TAG gone patches. I received Acne patches instead. I have contacted the company several times, providing them with pictures of the order and what I received and they said that I received the correct order and theres nothing more theyll do.
