    I am writing this on behalf of my mother *****************. She is elderly and lives in **************************. Every time I come to her apartment it is in sad disrepair. I am attaching some pictures of the front door that has been like this for years.I am also attaching a picture of the sliding glass window the maintenance man busted out when weed eating. He also busted out the side window of my moms car when he was using the weed eater but my car insurance paid for replacing the window so that is not my complaint.I just want someone to paint my moms door and fix the sliding glass door. I would be happy to paint my moms door myself but the apartments told my Mom that was not allowed. If you could talk to my mom you would know they have had all kinds of maintenance issues with Sunbelt and she says they wont even inspect her apartment anymore for fear she will ask them to fix something.
