    This Place has went to *** Literally nothing is getting done around here I'm the apartment complex I live in. I live in ********** in **** *******. My landlord and maintenance woman are in a relation ship. They hardly now the yard, they don't change filters, inspections, fixing things that break. It takes them 3 months of me complaining for anything to get done. I'm not the only one saying this. One of the neighbors AC is messed up making their electric bill high($500) . All they did was put a Band-Aid on it and its still making it high. The other neighbors ceiling has almost fell in and they have yet to fix it. They stay up each others ** you don't see one without the other. I've recently gotten word they are clocking in and leaving and never being home. They are working on a new place to live or something. I've also gotten word they are doing drugs with a few of the tenants. This place has gone to *** since ****** had left. I'm so sick of this place. Pest control hasn't been here IN MONTHS. I wish y'all would do something about this.

    i think sunbelt mamagement company are crooks they do not pay there employees this is why the *************** location ramblewood does not have a maintenance man they s**** everyone out of money recently they didnt pay me for ******* in which i shall take this matter to sma;; claims court

    Sunbelt Management is terrible! I have been experiencing a surge in my power bill on the simple fact my landlord and their team took their time on fixing my AC. My power bill went from 100 and something dollars to $611 and I explain what was goin on nobody did anything about it so it went to over $1000. I simply was not about to pay that when my lights have never been that high. Everytime I call trying to see whats going on, ****** always has an attitude answering questions and is very unprofessional.
