    Our cabinets were ordered from WF Cabinetry and installed in March 2023 for our new construction home. We moved into our home on May 5, 2023. On July 1, 2023, we first noticed the cabinets were all different colors. They should have been all white. Instead, they were various colors of pink. Since July 1, the cabinet installers have been to our home on six separate occasions with color matched doors in an attempt to fix this issue. We are currently awaiting a seventh visit (in over 11 months) to fix the mismatched colored cabinet doors. We had one Zoom call with WF Cabinetry wherein they agreed to expediate the color match issue and provide a billing adjustment for all our troubles. They did neither. Now, they refuse to respond to our emails and voicemails. We desire for WF Cabinetry to schedule a telephone call with us, honor their warranty obligations and expeditiously fix our cabinet doors, and provide a billing adjustment for all of our troubles.

    I am rejecting this response because the response from WF is not accurate.  Replacement cabinet doors were installed, however they do not match the other cabinets.  WF needs to replace all the cabinet doors (like they have previously done) for all cabinets below our cooktop. Further, WF still owes me compensation/billing adjustment for all my trips and trouble dealing with this issue.  WF also refuses to have any communication with me.  They make me go through the cabinet installer instead of dealing with me directly.  That is frustrating.
