    Ordered August 2023, not installed until December 2023. I usually only give positive reviews because I prefer to settle issues with businesses directly as compromises can usually be reached. However, this manufacturer not only produces poor quality but they do not stand behind their work. Do not be fooled by their warranty as we were as it is at their discretion. The hand-wiped glazing is horrible and does not match whats pictured on their site. The drawers themselves are the worst craftmanship and weve had to reglue where the bottom edges of the dovetails just came off. Many of the glide attachments do not hold. On our prior home we ordered cabinets from Lowes and they were far, far better quality.

    Our cabinets were ordered from WF Cabinetry and installed in March 2023 for our new construction home. We moved into our home on May 5, 2023. On July 1, 2023, we first noticed the cabinets were all different colors. They should have been all white. Instead, they were various colors of pink. Since July 1, the cabinet installers have been to our home on seven separate occasions with color matched doors in an attempt to fix this issue. We are currently awaiting an eighth visit (in over 12 months) to fix the mismatched colored cabinet doors. We had one Zoom call with WF Cabinetry wherein they agreed to expediate the color match issue and provide a billing adjustment for all our troubles. They did neither. Now, they refuse to respond to our emails and voicemails. I would not recommend this cabinet company.

    I love my kitchen cabinets I got from Wellborn Forest. I have an Earl grey-stained oak kitchen and it fits very well in my house the cabinets are extremely well built and they are so smooth to the touch. These cabinets are reasonably priced compared to other quotes I got from other cabinet companies in my area and the quality is very nice. my dealer I went through ordered and received my cabinets with in 5 weeks. from the selections I made and the design process to me enjoying my new kitchen was about 8 weeks which is very reasonable, I think. in comparison I had another shop tell me the cabinets from another manufacturer would take 12 weeks just to be shipped. As I look through these reviews i can't help but to think that the dealer is just not being upfront and honest with some of these other customers because I have had nothing but the best service from this company and the dealership i purchased my new kitchen from. Everyone who comes to my house has nothing but good things to say about my kitchen and I have had multiple family members and friends go to my local dealer and start their kitchen make over. also take these negative reviews with a grain of salt because only the people that have a bad experience leave reviews and 3 bad reviews out of thousands of kitchens sold is pretty good odds of having a good quality kitchen in your house
