      My daughter's car would not crank so I called a tow trucking who came out and referred me to Cooper Chevrolet. They picked it up and after a week of not hearing one word I called to get told that it would be another week before they would get to it. After week two, I called, and they said it would be a couple of days. Didnt hear anything so decided to drop by. Guess what? They had wrecked the car on the pulling it in the garage. It was crashed in on both sides. Both sides would have to be replaced. Told me the battery cable had corroded due to water and they would take care of it. Told me they would replace both side finders and do all the body work. Week 4 still not done. When I called was treated as though I did something wrong. Finally got a call to pick up after being told it would be another week. Charged me 600. Took car home and went to open trunk and will not open. Went to let down drop top on my Camaro and will not let down. I am so fed up. So, I have to take it back. Take time from work and everything!

      *************** has not called back into the dealership for additional repairs. The vehicle was damaged during the visit and repaired at no cost to the customer. The customer was contacted and shown the damage after it happened and then sent to the body shop for repairs. The vehicle was towed in for a no start condition and with water present in the trunk due to a failed convertible top drain. We did replace the battery cable and battery fuse block due to corrosion with customer approval prior to repairs. No other issues were brought to the dealerships attention for diagnosis and repair. The dealership does not repair convertible tops at our location and recommended the customer to get convertible top repaired for a body shop / other facility that repairs/replaces convertible top assemblies.
