  If I could give zero stars they stole over 7k from my ederly mom and it’s almost 1 year no roof no return money and no Alliance. I won’t stop until my mom gets her money back.

  Totally unacceptable customer service and updates. Fraudulent! They took a deposit on July 25 which they cashed the check for $1,555.86 with no delivery of materials after 5 months, no repair, no significant contact. I have "email communicated" with Mike M*****, Scott L***** and Scott M******. They only had a tarp put over the exposed area which leaked in the house and hot water heater room with no information on when materials would be delivered nor repair.
  I have reported it to ***** **** and will be seeking reimbursement for my deposit as well as another contractor on the approved ***** **** list. I deserve a clear transparent explanation on what they have done. Would love to receive an honest response from the company. Along with the return my money.
  This is firsthand knowledge. I cannot reach them by any phone number they have provided.

  If I could give this company less than even one star I would. Currently we are out $13000,00 for a roof that hasn’t been put on. We went under contact in May 2023 and in October we hired an attorney however the owner Jody Crum is now in jail in another state. His second in charge at the time we went under contract, Scott Laymon met with me numerous times giving me excuse after excuse, promises of dates for install and when it appeared Jody was going to be sent to another state pretty much stopped any correspondence.
  This whole company has robbed many people of their insurance money.

  Todays is Dec 20 2023.
  I paid this company in Columbus Ga; on May 26,2023 $8584.60. for roofing material for my damaged roof. I have been promised several times over the last six months that the roof will be replaced soon. No material has been delivered. Now no one will answer my calls or return calls when I leave a message.
  The Columbus Office is Close with a Sign that read " We are closed que to lack of Staff and the holidays ...We Ask for you to be patient. You can Email us at www.aspecialty.com or write a letter and place it mail slot to the right of the front door..thank you"
  * Sir we are running out of patient also can you please send us an email or a letter with the Day you are going to complete your work? Or please return me the money... That is your responsabilty since you got my money... not the other way around. No?
  *The persons I was able to talk to at the phone ; they all quit . (?)
  *Recomended by a police Officer to file scam Report.
  *Adrian D**** (Market manager) needs to answer the telephone

  I used alliance via a recommendation from my pastor who was a salesman for alliance. I had a house fire that totally destroyed my house and I lost everything. Even from the start Jody Crum lied. He said he was a licensed General contractor which he is not at all and I know this because his salesman said he wasn't and that was the reason I had to put all permits in my name! Jody lied about things done to the house for instance I was charged 5k for 12 inches of blown insulation which in reality there was maybe 2 inches. He also did not pay his subs which are coming after me. ******** charged 16200 for the demo which Jody never paid. ********'s lawyers contacted me demanding payment which we had to pay out of our pocket but yet Jody still charged us in our final bill!! He did this with the electrician as well! We fired Jody with about 65 percent complete! Even though they hadn't touched our house in 4 months we got 3 different final bills that went up each time with various price changes and things supposedly done! Jody Crum may not have any charges in Georgia but he was ran out of the state of Florida because he is a crook. If you go to arrests.org and pull Jody Crum up in Florida you will see his character and these arrests don't include a newspaper article with the headlines Jody Crum charged with 55 felony counts!!! This man is a crook and took advantage of my family at our weakest moment. We were in constant battle with everything he did. He is all about the money and could care less about his clients! I hope this review will help save someone what my family and I went through. I have put this behind me because he will have ro answer to God when this is all said and done!
