    Clothes didn't fit as expected and trying to return items has been a complete nightmare. They charge so many fees to return anything so they make you an off of a 15% cash settlement of the original price you made at purchase. Their on line chat tries to sell you on network issues when you haven't received any correspondence from return requests. I would never recommend this company!

    This company is a scam! I ordered in *** 2022. Contacted the customer service twice that I'd not received anything and wanted a refund. They kept telling me that I couldn't get a refund until I returned the clothing. How can I return clothing I never got. By then it was too late to cancel the order as they'd already billed my card. I changed my card as I have no idea if they'd use it for their own purposes. Is there a way to give minus stars?

    Poor tune lines. Clothes not as advertised. Sizing never even close. Returns difficult I'd not impossible.

    They are scamming people and based out of New York and claim they ship from China. You get a tracking g number which is a complete run around, who in the world that's legit indicates a flight delay. By the time you get it if it all it's the next season. Then they claim covid issues. I've ordered from ****** and these ****** from wherever they claim to be can't compare to ******. Pkease stay away from them! Terrible site and no number to contact them .

    It's hit or miss with this retailer. I was happy with my first order; items were as shown and arrived in reasonable time. Not so much my most recent order. It is not the item shown on the site. The site showed embroidered elements that are actually just printed on kind of flimsy fabric. It's okay and I'll keep it rather than deal with a return but I'm not sure I'll order here again.

    Annie Cloth is without a doubt, the WORST company I have ever ordered from. I ordered around 6 items and could not wear anything! The fabric was very cheap! The clothes DID NOT fit at all! I threw everything away. Needless to say I will never order from this company again. It is a total scam! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! If I had read the reviews before hand, I would have never placed an order!
