    Blouse that I ordered was stained right out of the package. Contacted them for a refund to discover I would need to return to China, at my expense, and then they would determine if I would get a refund. OR I could accept a 15% cash refund to keep the stained blouse instead. It would probably cost me more to return it than I paid initially so I guess I'll take the 15% and see if I can get the stain out.......... Won't be purchasing anything more from this company! Support American businesses is my advice.

    what do i think? i think i wished i read the reviews BEFORE BUYING their ****!
    oh sure, return guarantee...... ...to HONG KONG at YOUR expense and THEN you might
    get a refund. don't know where they get their fabrics, cheapest **** ever. i'd be embarrassed
    to bring them to a thrift store!!!!!

    size is wild...not the cloth the picture indicated...costs to return...total rip off and should be banned and it pops up all over the place..pc, phone, tablet...ugh!!

    Beware! SCAM!
    I placed two orders back to back.
    A total of 7 shirts. Received 5 shirts that look nothing like the pictures. They used the same order # for both of my orders so both orders aren't showing. I've asked for a refund, haven't gotten it yet.

    I ordered a dress, and changed my mind. Found it difficult to contact them, they refused to respond except to tell me when i got the product to ask for a return label.
    Now they ignore me. i have sent 6 requests and no response.
    I canceled it immediately but they refused to respond.
    Im trying to get ****** to refund my monies as it should of never been sent.
    Im totally sorry i ever saw their advertisement as almost all my clothing is ordered online.
    Its my fault as i was not paying attention that they make it impossible to have communication

    This company is nothing short of a rip off!!! I ordered some tops from this ridiculous place in a size medium. I got XXL on everything I ordered plus they were not even the same fabric as shown on the site!! Horrible place...I threw the everything I got from them in the trash. It took 3 weeks to get this **** only for me to have to toss it. Horrible!! They need to be shut down.

    If you need to return an item, you have to pay for the shipping to be sent back to China. This is where the issue is. Order from a company that is in the US.

    I would give no stars. If they scam you contact your credit card company and tell them suspected FRAUD. They will investigate. IF the company receives too many of these complaints the credit card company will not do business with them anymore. The sad thing about this is, the customer has no idea they are Chinese until you have an issue and need to return something. This is the goofy unbusiness way they act...If you call them and say something doesn't fit (no surprise because the sizes and photos of items are not true) they say well, just keep it and we will send you another. Or, if you need to return it, (no surprise because of the above) you have to send it to China where the cost of returning is more than the cost of the item. Or, they will say, oh so sorry, how about you keep it and we offer you 15% off your next item. Also, they have a subservient way of treating the customer. I made a big mistake buying from them, never do business with them again
