    S&S Appliance Is the absolute worst.Very unprofessional . From customer ********************** to the rude repair man . Maytag sent the same repair man to my home 4 times . He supposedly repaired my washer it broke almost immediately. I had to wait weeks for them to send him again weeks to get parts .i was told by Maytag that the repair man had to call their tech line while he was in my home to report the issue, he absolutely refused to do this. This is the only way Maytag would be able to issue a replacement. Now my 1 year warranty has expired the extended warranty kicks in . Who do they send? Same Rude repair man. That came in and said I told my boss I wasnt dealing with you . Would not listen to me . Slammed the lid on my machine and stormed out of my house slamming the door! I will never let S&S in my home again or ever recommend them for anything. They will not answer the phone or answer emails a very unhappy customer.

    We are sorry that we have unfortunately not been able to come to a working resolution with this customer. Due to the threats and verbal abuse, not only to our technician but office staff on multiple occasions, we have ceased all work with this customer and will no longer ********************** this customer in any way. We strive to provide everyone with a high level of service and respect, but will not allow our employees to be treated in this manner.

    It would be a negative 100 if that were an option. S&S Appliance is the worst service provider we've ever dealt with. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer ********************** are astounding. After scheduling 7 appointments, they repeatedly canceled or failed to follow through, even falsely reporting completed jobs. Their technicians were rude and refused to finish warranty work, and management never returned our calls. This company lacks integrity, reliability, and accountability. I would not recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs! Over 90 days later, my refrigerator is still not fixed.

During the last visit, our technician encountered some challenges communicating with your landlord, who ultimately requested that we no longer proceed with the work.     Taking note of all the complaints about this company, I have to recommend requesting ******* as your tech. I had an absolutely lovely experience with him after going through 2 other service companies who could not fix my washing machine. He was knowledgeable and what he didn't know, he took the time to find out. He did not rush, or make me feel like I wasn't an important enough customer for him to take the time to fix my issue. I can't recommend him enough, though I can't vouch for any of the other techs at this company. He might be booked a little ways out, but if my experience is any indication, he is worth the wait.

    Very bad service company. We unfortunately had to use them for Maytag repair. This is the second time in less than a year. The first time it took them over 2 months to get out and less than 10 minutes to fix the issue. Still waiting this time, they were supposed to be here tomorrow and cancelled again it the 4th reschedule this time. It would be nice if ******* would revoke their business license. Maytag is not much better, since they contracted with them and them only in **********.I had to give them a one, since it would not allow no stars, which they deserve.

    Unfortunately we were referred to use this company by Whirlpool. Very difficult to get a hold of anyone to get on their schedule for a technician to come out. They have failed to repair our refrigerator which has not worked for over six weeks. They have failed to notify us twice (25 Jan & 22 Feb) that they were not going to come during our scheduled appointment. This requires someone in our household to take off from work and wait **** for a technician to no show.

    Original appointment went well. As soon as booked, got a text then an email. Technician showed up on time and was every knowledgeable and professional. Did his troubleshooting and scheduled to come back with part and repairs. Told me he had the parts in stock at the warehouse. Here I sit, in front of my computer writing this. Since he was so prompt last time i called. A lady answered and I told her i was scheduled and what time to expect him. She said, your parts havent arrived so we rescheduled you for the 6th. I asked how that happened, where is that and would it have been a text, email or phone call. She said, i dont handle that part. Confusing statement. I asked to be escalated. Put on hold, finally a voice mail to leave a message. How can i be told parts are in stock, then told they havent arrived and then told i was rescheduled without being told I am rescheduled? Is this the keystone cops? Sad, so sad after my initial impression. I will update depending on if i get a call back and if i do, how that goes. If it was a mistake, i can accept it, but to be told "i dont handle that" indicates some customer ********************** training needs to happen. UNACCEPTABLE.

    Zero stars. I could have written all these previous reviews. The front line will not let me speak to a higher up. Everyone I have spoken to in Customer ********************** have put the blame on Assurant. Sounds like S and S Appliance Repair is dying and should rightfully so be out of business. Rather than be straightforward, they prefer to deceive and put the blame on others. I will be contacting Assurant AGAIN to ask them to find a reputable repair company and Lowes. This all started Oct 30, 2023 and as of January 11, ****, I have no washing machine repaired.

    Worst company! I have been waiting to have my dryer fixed since August. They showed up in August 2 weeks after original appt they rescheduled and did not have wrong part. A month later they had part and no showed for schedule appt because they said they had wrong part again. Its now been 3 weeks and still no part or appt with them. Ive called several times and no one will return my call.

    I would ABSOLUTELY give 0 stars, if it were an option! WORST COMPANY EVER. This was a ****** extended warranty, and I have no idea why they continue to do business with them. Out of 5 appointments set, they were a no-show 4 times. Never call to say they cannot make it, never call to advise when it was rescheduled to, just a robo call the day before to confirm. And I have left SEVERAL messages asking to speak with a manager, but they refuse to call, just send an email making excuses. It has been over 2 months, and I am still waiting for my repair to be completed. Calling Lowes to get someone else out. HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS???

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. Weve tried for almost 4 months to get our dryer repaired or replaced. There are no techs in my area so every time they order a part, its weeks before they get someone scheduled to come install it. Ive begged them to stop coming back and guessing whats wrong and just write it up to be replaced as I have been pregnant, given birth and am now home with a 3 month old during this whole process and I just want to be able to do our laundry properly. They go out of their way to not have appliances under warranty replaced and they just keep ordering new parts guessing what might work. They have now ordered 4 new parts total, 3 of which havent fixed any of the issues over the span of 5 visits. We are so sick of them that we are voiding our warranty and giving up on our 8 month old dryer and just going to buy a new one that is NOT one of the brands they take care of.
