    If I could give zero stars I would. My less than 5 month old whirlpool washer messed up and apparently whirlpool only uses this crappy company to do its repairs that are covered under warranty. My initial call was on 6/6 however my washer was broken from the 3rd. When I called in my work order I told them it was my locking mechanism that was messed up and causing the issue. Well once they FINALLY decided to ***** me with their presence they came and looked at it and told me that it was my locking mechanism and they would have to order the part. SERIOUSLY!?!?! Well they were supposed to come back out a couple days later and fix it however they didnt. I called back and they keep telling me they dont have any record of rescheduling. Well they were supposed to come back today and yet again no record of the guy calling me Tuesday the 27th telling me they would be here today. Now they say they are coming July 7th. A freaking month after my initial call. They have horrible customer ********************** and you cant even ask to speak with a manager because all they tell you is I will send a message. I have no idea how this company has been in business as long as it has. Looks like the ** owner retired and whoever took over has run it into the ground. Their ******** page wont even allow comments because everyone is angry at them.

    This is the WORST company I've ever had to deal with!! Tried for more than 2 months to get our washing machine repaired. They would call stating someone would be coming out and 3 different (maybe 4) times their service repair people either called out sick or something happened to one of them. We scheduled and rescheduled from the end of January or first of February all the /up until today 4/7/2023 to try and get someone out here. Naturally, they called and someone out sick again. Today was the last straw. We finally just ordered a brand new washing machine and will be delivered tomorrow 4/8/2023. Totally sad this place has so little value for their customers. Instead of making us top priority for a Monday appointment, it was going to be another week. I would NEVER recommend this company to my worst enemy. They don't know the meaning of customer **********************. All they know how to do is pass out excuses and more excuses which no one cares to hear after having to wait for 2 months for someone to come do the repairs. I've spent money going to a laundry mat that I could have put towards this new machine. They have totally wasted my time and money which I'm sure they could care less and it pretty much shows in their inability to handle their business.Whoever owns this place should feel nothing but total embarrassment over the workers they employ. They need to pull up this section and take a good long read and take it to heart and clean your lousy company up! For those who do decide to use this company .... GOOD LUCK!

    The worse appliance company I have ever worked with. Multiple times we had the wrong parts shipped to **, took PTO for services scheduled that resulted in no-call/no-shows, and had services denied due to pending parts which ultimately were the wrong ones for our KitchenAid microwave. I regret ever purchasing a KitchenAid because of this company. I am currently being re-assigned to another servicer for the Gulf Coast after several claims to Whirlpool supervisors over the negligence and unprofessionalism of S&S. Till this day my claim from 03/2022 is open and my microwave is inoperable. This company is causing customer hardship and emotional distress amongst the ** which should be terms for immediate Whirlpool contract cancellation.

    S&S Appliances is a joke when it comes to customer **********************. The technician will tell you one thing, customer ********************** rep will tell you something else and the only thing you can be sure of is your appliance is not being repaired and you have no idea how long it will take since no one will return any of your many, many phone calls placed. I have asked to pick up my parts on ********** which is 3 hours from me less than 2 hours from their **************** I was told the customer was not allowed to go to the warehouse. I have asked with every phone call to speak to a supervisor or manager with no return call. After doing some research I found that all comments have been removed from S&S website, you are no longer allowed to post on their website or ******** page. Just no this company has no desire of making you or *********** a priority, they are the only company that Whirlpool uses in ******* to do their repairs so unless you want to pay out of pocket or go buy a new appliance I would suggest re-thinking when purchasing a Whirlpool product. I have also spoke to ***** since they are the one who sold me all of my Whirlpool appliances and they throw the blame on Whirlpool and S&S Appliances. I purchased a stove, refrigerator, microwave with fan, dishwasher, washer, and dryer and cant get any help from Whirlpool or Lowes on the matter. I realize that Im a nobody and this was a small purchase to some but to me it took a lot of saving and still putting some on my credit card to get these items paid for and this is the customer ********************** you receive from Lowes and Whirlpool.

    How long is to long? Reporting a problem with my Maytag washer through AHS (Home Insurance). They forwarded this information to a third party (S&S) supply) This all began on July 25th of 2022. A whirlpool tech came to my house not once but three times where each time he had to order more parts for the washer. I've been waiting now 14 weeks for parts to come in and each time I call customer service, all they can tell me is that the parts have not arrived yet and that they will check with the ordering dept. I really have no idea how this business operates. I'm very disappointed.

    Absolutely UNSATISFACTORY!!!!!!!!!!! In Jan 2022 scheduled an appointment for service through Maytag to get my washer checked out. S&S Appliance was the service provider assigned and they came out and said I needed a new gear box for my washer. The technician told me that it would take months for parts to come in do to COVID and supply/shipping issues. I called them today Nov 18, 2022 and the customer relations lady that answered told me that she sees that the ticket was closed and I have to go through Maytag to get another ticket started. Totally worthless company. Did not call me, text or email me about this and now I have to start all over. Ridiculous do not call them for anything. Go somewhere else.

    Avoid this company at all cost - Whirlpool sent me to S & S appliance for a simple ice maker repair. It has been over 2 months and the problem is still not resolved. They rarely answer the phone, never respond to emails. If you are lucky enough to talk to someone, they just blow you off with a promise to follow-up and never do.

    Avoid this company at all cost - this same company has another BBB listing with an "F" rating.
    Whirlpool sent me to S & S appliance for a simple ice maker repair. It has been over 2 months and the problem is still not resolved. They rarely answer the phone, never respond to emails. If you are lucky enough to talk to someone, they just blow you off with a promise to follow-up and never do.

    Patrick was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He told us exactly what to do to fix the problem. I was going to end here, but scrolled and started reading reviews. All were horrible. Geez. I hope and pray I don’t have this problem if I ever have to contact them again. This first encounter was totally ok - maybe the company has been diligent about fixing the complaints.

    I am VERY disappointed with this company. I am entering week number 5 with a broken down washing machine. Last Friday, S&S Appliances was supposed to come out and install the part that came in with for my Amana Washing Machine, the ****t who does their repair call scheduling didn't do their job properly, when we called them to verify that SOMEONE would be able to come Last Friday, the i***t told us that Nobody had my service call scheduled. Someone from S&S Appliances NEEDS to get off of their lazy ***t and DO THEIR Job.
