      0n 11/21/24 I purchased a new ********* unit from One Source ******************************************** I/A/O ******** since that time it has went out twice. The first time it went out was Dec. 2nd. The second time was Jan. 16 at night. They came out on the 27th to fix. It was freezing in my home and I am a senior citizen. I am beginning to belive the unit I purchased was not new. Or needs to be replaced. The serviceman did not wear rubber footies over his work boots and ruined my trow rug in my kitchen inside the deck door. Which I did take a picture. This time he said it was flame sensor.

      I had a problem with my breaker switch. ***** came out, fixed it the same day, and quickly. Very much appreciated. Would highly recommend their service.

      We are very satisfied with the service we received last night on our heating issue. It was the coldest night of the year so far, and the young man who provided service was prompt, very well-mannered and repaired our problem quickly. He explained the problem and expertly handled it. The price was reasonable. We would definitely recommend this company for heating and cooling needs.

The young man was very well-mannered, took the time to explain the problem and how to fix the issue and gave us an upfront cost which did not change.       Outstanding customer service. My heat unit stopped working and the technician discovered that the unit needed to be replaced. This was a very cold day. The technicians worked on installing a new unit without stopping. The installation was completed at 1:00am in the morning. We are totally grateful for their dedication and hard working. Thanks again!
