      Scheduled maintenance on generator. Technician arrived arrived as scheduled, was friendly, knowledgeable & completed the work requested for a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend to anyone needing similar services. One Source also installed & maintains 2 ************ at the same location exhibiting the same 5 *************

      Technicians are good. I get a call every year to renew my maintenance contract and then schedule heater maintenance. Never get a call for A/C maintenance. When I asked why this was, I was told that the call for the contract renewal is a courtesy call. So I only get courtesy when you can get $ from me. And it doesn't help asking for a manager etc, they are always not in.

      One Sounce is a first class company very reliable and honest. I will be using them again Hopefully not to often. But they are 5 star ??

      One Source sold us a Generac generator claiming they were able service the system. After only 4 months, the system stopped functioning. After several months of excuses from ************************* regarding getting the part to repair the system, I contacted Generac directly only to find out that One Source is not a *************** partner and not eligible to get warranty parts. This was never revealed to us. I received alternate businesses from Generac that would be able to assist us in getting our system repaired and running. Upon leaving a voice message for ************************* regarding the information I received from Generac, I was never contacted again regarding our system.We were without a backup generator for 4 months and 3 power outages. I also learned that One Source charged us 3 times what Generac was advertising the same system on their website.I would highly recommend NOT using One Source for any of the services they offer. I only gave them one star because I had to.

      Nate and Amari were outstanding. They arrived on time, pinpointed the problem, tackled the issue, and completed the repairs within an hour. Unlike other companies that just want to sell you an expensive upgrade, Affordable Heating & Air trains their technicians to be true professionals and fix what is still functional with honesty and integrity. Thanks for a great job guys!
