    After having my truck for a full year I received the first and only call from ProDent Collision center on February 14th, 2024. I was told my truck is ready and its $1200 to pick it up. I switched jobs at the time so 50 days later I called back ready to pick it up and was told I owe $4700. Claiming the work was $2000 and the storage fee was $2700 ($45 a day). The math doesnt add up on storage and I was told they took my dashboard apart because my truck now has electrical issues. The only issue my truck had was frame damage. They let my truck sit for a year and also gave my truck electrical issues somehow. They never called to warn me about storage fees or called to mention them taking my dashboard apart

    Prodent is deceptive! My car went in for simple services and left as a total loss. I was told MANY false statements (all of which I can prove and have witnesses to). They will attempt to charge unnecessarily as well- things that are not in writing. DO NOT take your car there, especially if using insurance.
