    ProDent is a horrible Body Repair shop. They picked up my car around September of 2023, from then until now due to the shop neglect I have not had my car in four months. Several times they said my car was ready and when I got to the shop the fender was put on crooked the paint job was horrible. The company did very, very poor repair work. He want me to take the car and bring it back later. I told him I would not take my car until everything was correct. It was another two weeks or more before it was ready. Once I pick my car up while driving none of the safety features was working. Each time I called him about the issue and left a message for him to call me back about the issue he never return my call that was around November 24, 2023 and December 11, 2023. I also emailed him pictures when he did call back he said that he had been in court. On December 18, 2023, I had to take my car to a dealership for them to look at the car. Come to fine the wiring on the left back side of my car where the damage was ProDent never fix the wiring on the left side so now the dealership can't fix the sensors due to the wiring never being fixed. Today is January 11, ****, I don't have my car as of yet due to the poor and none repairs did. The dealership can't fix that issue it has to go through a body shop for the wiring to be done in order for them to fix the left sensors. ProDent has caused me mental and emotional stress because of the poor, poor body repairs. I would advised anyone PLEASED don't take your car to this shop.
