    Closets by Design was unable to install all of the products we agreed upon when we made the initial agreement for installation. They couldn't install a fold down ironing board and multiple valet rods due to the walls in the room not having studs in the appropriate location. The installer, ****, and the original salesperson, ********, both assured me that we would receive an updated invoice minus the products we did not receive and that would be the balance we would pay. Install was finished on 10/28/2022. I followed up with my salesperson, ********, 5 days after install on 11/02/2022 to inquire about the updated invoice. She told me the sales manager was reviewing our job and would contact me soon with an updated balance. Today 11/04/2022 they charged the full unadjusted balance through our checking account with no warning. I've called them multiple times today and haven't received a call back from anyone. They've overcharged me for items I did not receive and are not communicating with me at all.

    Client requested the items in question, saying that CBD the items in question.  After the request and the same day the client was put on the service list to be scheduled for those items to be installed.

    The delay on this transaction was a clear miscommunication about what was owed the installation of the items or the monetary refund of the items. We quickly refunded the client once it was clarified that we owed a refund vs the installation.
