      My sister passed away in ******* on 1-13-2022. I contacted ******** Forest Hill Cemetery in ********** by phone to make arrangements for her burial. She already had a pre-paid plot at that location. The person I communicated with was ****** *****.We had a contract for the arrangements which included accepting my sister's remains via **** certified shipment specifically for cremated human remains, interment and headstone. This was all conducted by phone because I also live in ********** date, I have not been able to verify that their services were even completed. There has been no answer to my repeated calls, texts or email. I would expect some sort of documents showing my burial request were met on behalf of my sister.

      No one answers when I call!! Does anyone work there? Answer the phone!! What kind of place is this??? I was going to buy a full funeral package, but will not now. They just missed a large sale. Ive been trying also to get cemetery verification for my brothers tombstone. ********* is owner and have been no help at all. I would go somewhere else but my brother is already buried there.I usually never do reviews but Im so aggravated I wanted to try and take some action. If they answer theyll probably just tell you phones are messed up! For a month???
