  Gentlemen arrived on time & with everything needed to replace HVAC system. 6 hrs later we were enjoying cold air again !!Will recommend to anyone.

  They did a fantastic job. After years of having plumbing issues they sorted it out all in a day. They were friendly, fast and, have competitive prices. They do such a great job, Ill never see them again which is bitter sweet. My plumbing works but those guys I will miss as they were efficient. But, if anyone has any issues these are the people I recommend. I stand on that!!!

  I was urged to sign up for Comfort club $150 for service 2 times a year to AC to keep unit in great shape. Also reduced charge for any AC repairs during the year. Sounds good right. I called July 13 because the ** was not working. Comfort Dynamics said they didn't have a technician available. Told me to call back at 5 pm and emergency services would send someone out. Called at 5 pm and was told that no one was available to call back tomorrow and said someone would take care of me. Called back tomorrow and was told no technician was available until 6pm the following day. I told him I was a member of the comfort club and it was 105 degree heat index. Couldn't I get better service because I'm a club member. No! I told him I would call another ********** because we couldn't take the heat anymore. He said do whatever you want I have a technician available tomorrow. I told him I wanted my money back for the comfort club membership. He said you'll have to talk to management and that they were off this week. How convenient!!! I called ******** air conditioning at 8 am and he said he could be there by 12 pm. He arrived at 11 am and fixed my AC in 10 minutes. I highly recommend staying away from Comfort Dynamics because they don't care.

  We had a simple kitchen faucet installed. Comfort Dynamics were timely in communicating *** and the plumber ******* was on time, professional, proficient and friendly. He did a great job. The price was expensive, but other than that I was satisfied.

  The service **** at the ****************** office! ******* and ***** they are ***** manger have done nothing about my mini split. I been calling because it with out on me. I haven't had the unit two years and it's been nothing but problem. I have a 10 warranty on part and labor, 5 year warranty on lemon guarantee, 5 year performance guarantee, and 2 year money back guarantee. And they have not honor it.

  From first contact to finished product Comfort Dynamics Cooling, Heating, Plumbing and Electrical everything was tremendous. The first call the problem was identified quickly and a detailed explanation was verbally provided and followed-up with a written document including photos. The estimator arrived the second day and performed another review of the system. ***** *. discussed several different options and provided the positives and negatives of each. He was extremely courteous and didnt push the most expensive option. The installers showed up the next day on-time and took all precautions with our house and were extremely courteous. All representatives arrived on-time, the appointment text with names, arrival time and tracking is great and they all wore boot/shoe coverings anytime they entered the house. Highly recommend!

  Comfort Dynamics took over my account from ********************** of **********. I'm very pleased with their responsiveness when I scheduled a service call. They scheduled service within a couple days of the call. They communicated with me by text to confirm the appointment and advised when the technician was on the way. When the Technician (******) arrived, he was very professional and went straight to work to service our unit. He also gave me useful advise on maintaining our equipment between regular service calls. My experience with this company was very positive.

  We need both units looked at in our home. They scheduled the install with one team. The separate service call had some confusion and was cancelled after a confirmation text the night before and a tech on the way the morning of. I sat all morning waiting 10:30-12:30. Called, was told sorry it was cancelled and that they would send someone the next day. Install crew showed up next day, but no service technician. Had to call again. The guys were nice, but new. It took them 10 hours for their install. Very long day

  They help me out with my problem, so I appreciate what they do now I can use my water and my sewer pipe thank you. It wasnt because of them. I wouldve never make it.
