    First up, i am a returning customer of ********************** through Homedepot. Had my 1st unit replaced 1.5 yrs back; this time approached the same salesman of Coolray to quote new 2.5ton unit & brand new ductwork for the 2nd unit. ************************* the salesman is a good guy, he tries his best to get a win-win offer & after discussing on ductwork solutions, we agreed on a price. We closed the contract yesterday, followed by them running a hard credit pull for financing which got approved. The guys showed up to install & after we briefed the job, ***** texts me and threatens to walk out of the job since Coolray managers have realised the price was low with respect to their expected margins !!! Coolray now is asking me to pay 35% more than what we both agreed & signed contracts for...Now, how is this professional ?? We discuss for months, come to an agreement, sign documents, run a credit check (my credit score took a hit due to this) & the day of the install they come up with this ?? From what I know a deal is a deal.. & that's why we approach big companies like Coolray with the expectation that the quality of the *********** commitments wouldn't falter..Extremely disappointed..

    Came out and charged us $1,200.00 and didn't fix a thing. The second call, the man got one unit working but told us the other unit was worn out. Don't laugh. The salesman quoted my wife $11,000 for a new unit. I got a bigger Unit and a warranty better for 5K. Don't deal with these people!

    We always stand behind our products and our work. There are multiple pictures verifying the work estimated, billed for, and completed. We always want the opportunity to take care of our customers and appreciate the second call. We are very competitive in the market and offer one of the best warranties in the industry. We gave a competitive bid for the work. We apologize it did not meet your needs and we were not able to do business on the unit replacement. We always want install the correct size system so a bigger system may cause issues if the ductwork is not properly sized for the airflow or if it is too large for the house. Again, we apologize were not able to come to an agreement, but we stand behind our work, pricing, and warranty.

    I bought a whole new a/c and within the first year the blower motor and mother board has gone out. Coolray has no idea why and cant fix it. They sold me a faulty unit

    Charged us a large sum of money for a job that was never completed. $535.00 for a botched up transformer change (to which costs $35.00). Made and left a mess. Did not appear confident in the work they were doing. Definitely will not recommend or use them again.

    Beware! My experience with one of the Coolray technician, **** was TERRIBLE. He was not honest, therefore, it makes me wonder about the type of work he performed. Management did not look into what was done to make things right. I look at the type of people this company hired and they handled the situation.

    I wish I could make this a negative 5-star rating. We bought a hot water heater from ********** and asked for it to be installed by their vendor. We were told we would hear from ************************ within ***** hours. 72 hours later, I called ********** to find out why we have not heard from ************************. A Coolray representative called me back the next day to make an appt. for 10 days after the purchase was made (********** has signage claiming "Installation within 24-Hours".) Then I received a text announcing my appointment is now a week later than the previously confirmed appointment without any explanation. I made my disappointment known and rescheduled for "first thing on Monday", which turned out to be scheduled for 12:30 pm on Monday. When the technician left on Monday evening, we still had no hot water. We were told that someone would be calling us the next morning. No one called. I called them the following afternoon and was asked if I could get to my residence within the next 1 to 2 hours to meet a technician. I did. We still had no hot water when that technician left, but we did have an invoice estimated for $1400 more than the original installation was to cost and an appt for Friday from 12:30 - 4 pm. At 1:35, someone called to let me know *****, the technician asked her to call me to let me know he could not make it today and that I would have to make an appointment for sometime next week...No time, No date...just sometime next week! I am extremely upset with the treatment I have received from Coolray Heating and Air and I blame ********** for putting this company in my sights.

    Thank you for your review, Coolray has the highest level of customer service, we work very hard to keep our prices as completive as possible, we are inline with other companies our size, we are not the cheapest, but we are not the highest,  In recent years with inflation, we have had to raise our prices, we held off as long as we could before passing this cost to the our customer. Thank you for trusting Coolray.

    I’d give this company zero stars if that was available choice. They will overcharge you on every visit. They will claim a component or part is broke when they do visit. I had to get a second opinion after going thru two years of their service. Paid thousands after new units were put in to replace broken parts. The parts were under warranty. It’s the labor where they get you to pay. Finally caught on after multiple times to have someone else look at the work and that was when I discovered what they were doing. Don’t trust your HVAC with Coolray.

    Started off good for first call out, but did not product on service. Stated the price was high because it was a two man job. They did the job on my a/c and the day after the ceiling leaked causing damage, they came out and said they missed a part that they had to order and would fix the problem with no charge. They strung me along for weeks with the part not in until they change it to the part was no longer available because my unit was too old. I asked them for a new unit minus the *** ******** dollars they had taken from me and repair my ceiling. They said the only thing they could do for me was refund me **** ******* dollars and they were it responsible for damages to my home.

    Thank you for reaching out, I believe you spoke with Kristen in our Customer Relations Department.  Coolray was not responsible for the damage to the home, this was the 1st time Coolray had been to your home, we arrived to find customer has concerns of water leaking through ceiling in master bedroom upstairs, preformed diagnostic, found emergency drain pan in compromised state and recommended replacement, found system operating without proper water safeties, also recommended drain clear. Furnace is 1986 premier furnace, coil and condenser are 2002 heil. Highly recommended replacement of complete r-22 system and gave customer repair options. Coolray has 100 percent Customer Service Satisfaction and in a good faith effort, we refunded you a portion of the repairs.

    We purchased a new heating and ac system 2 years ago from CoolRay. Within the 2 years we have had it, the same unit keeps breaking with different issues. It currently is broken again. This company sold us a lemon for a unit. They refuse to fix it. It's going to cost $700 for just labor! This is disgusting customer service and looks bad for your company name. The unit was too expensive to not even guarantee it will last more that a few month. Do not buy their products. It's a scam! They sell **** quality units and can not guarantee they will work longer than a few months without one issue after another. They will not accept responsibility for the **** unit they sold us
