  place. Unfortunately that option is not available..However the most important part of this is you the person who got the opportunity to read this review before falling in the hand of these people. You are lucky and truly blessed. Please do not waste your blessings by falling in their hands because you are guaranteed to regret for that!I was under the care in the homewood office for over two years. I was under two medication that have help me a lot to the point I feel like I do not need those medications anymore because I started going with out for long time without problems At the time I go one bottom of each medication left that I did not take or thought away. After a little over a year I see that I am struggling again and I try the leftover medication I got for couple weeks and see a different. That is when I reach out to them about my situation but the do not have any records of see me before. But they can schedule me for another doctor because my doctor is not longer working there. They schedule me with one of their doctor in 280 offices in 04/10/2024. Today is 07/08/2024. I scheduled did not hear from them after many email phone calls and talking in their either tell me someone will contact me or they send the request to a doctor. They people on phone or office have attitude. Please find you someone else they are not serious in the job.Doctor ***** is my doctor.14:08 just talk with the office manager- no different all he said that he not sure what happened but he will reach out the office to let them know to call me.No one is willing to help in this place!

  This is the most unorganized bunch of bull I've ever experienced. I was a patient, I got covid. My appointment for follow up was during my sick period. They said still come in or I do not get my medications refilled (nothing controlled) I went in all masked and suited up when I went to check in, I was yelled at saying GET OUT, I was trying to explain they told me to go ahead and come, the receptionist got up like she was going to "KICK my butt" saying I will not tell you again. I left with NO meds.. I was left a week without meds and Many panic attacks. They do not care about there patients they care about the cash it is very clear..

  I would give zero stars if I could. My psychiatrist left the practice and they refused to let me see a new physician, saying they don't accept my insurance that I have been using for over a year and they are listed as a provider with my insurance as well. I have been going here for the last 13+ years. Not because they are exceptional but because I followed a fantastic Dr. here and he left shortly after and they pretty much own most of the psychiatric world in Alabama. They have let me run out of my medicine many times due to my physician rescheduling or not having availability causing me to go into withdrawals. I was basically just rushed in and out of a **** minute appointment with a prescription and was always denied the request to change Dr's. *** my Dr. has left and I have been denied care at all. I'm so tired of the mental health profession being a joke. I'm tired of living with anxiety and depression. I know "my business" is nothing to them and they are not in the business of helping people. Maybe some of the psychiatrists are there to help people but good luck finding that one or few among the hundreds.

  My complaint is about the unprofessional behavior I received from the nurse practitioner, Amanda B*** at the Trussville Office. Ms. B*** unprofessional behavior during my son's visit and after was deplorable. I was hollered at and told to set. She refused to see my son when I was in the room as well as give him his prescriptions for 3 months after I paid my co pay. I had to call back for my son's medical form. I tried to internally speak to someone in the HR office within Grayson and Associates, however Mr. Jake who eventually contacted me after a week and 3 phone call request attitude was not better than hers. I was basically told she can do whatever she wants to do and I just need to take my services elsewhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
