Sold my prepaid card to them after seeing them advertise a 15 minute turn around time. AFTER they purchased my card, I was informed it would be ***** hours. Their customer service is email only and they don't respond for 48 hours. This company operates 48 hours from everything. They did not deliver the service they advertised and I am furious about my money.Business Response

Additionally, we have not received any prior emails regarding this matter, and it has been just about 12 hours since the transaction was submitted. I was trying to sell my **** gift card to prepaid2cash with a balance of $303 and they took the money from my card but did not pay me for the card. They stolen my funds.Business Response

The customer sent over a screenshot of the amount debited from the card, after further review it was determined that the amount taken was not a charge from Prepaid2Cash. The customer was referred back to the Prepaid card vendor to discuss the amount charged.

I gave him a $50 hotles.com card to exchange for cash as they claim they do. It was credited to their account and I called the card and they said that all the money was transferred to another card immediately I waited for two days like they said to have my transferred, they never transferred any money to me at all. I tried to exchange a 100 dollar **** vanilla gift card, the card reflected 0 on its amount afterwards and then my P2C account was block automatically. This is really sad stealing from people . I seen on they review they say the same thing they told me and no one still received their money yet they are a scam company. I talk to the card associated bank and they said they money was taking out of their bank account. The app prepaid2Cash.com took ***** off my prepaid **************** Card after it was going through the pending process. I tried to process 2 **** cards. They were both declined. One card was for $25 and the other card was for $50. The one for $50 went to $25, so they took this money. Now both cards are on hold and cannot use them either of them. This was a gift from my kids and now I cannot use them. I am truly frustrated and upset. Do NOT post the comments you are posting. Be honest and own to your errors and pay back the money of $75. I live paycheck to paycheck and now I am short money - my error for trusting this company. Never again - pay me back!Business Response
