100 % scam site!!! They straight stole my moneyHad $330 on a card for emergency money. Im in desperate need of the money now and checked prepaid2cash who gave me an offer that I accepted. They said check my email in 8 hours and if my card is legit they will buy it and if no email, then they're not interested. Well I got no email and now there's a zero balance. They did multiple online transactions over 2 days. The store has addresses to where the where the online purchases were shipped. Why don't they follow up on it. By not following up on these crimes they're being allowed to operate in plain site by putting up big websites and steal from everyone with no consequences. The is wrong on every level. Thisvwould hsve been shut down for good instantly in the 70's 80's or 90's. with heavy punishment. Now these thieves are actually prote *** and hsve more rights than their victims. This is a known fact in today's world, that the criminal has more rights thsn their victims.i hope i get reimbursed.

Worst customer service ever. They literally refuse to even try to help if you have a problem, which you absolutely will have a problem because I have had nothing but problems. The only thing they will even say to me is we are working on the issue I have asked them for a timeline in which they think it will be fixed and they refuse to answer, then I asked for a manager and they still refused to even say yes or no to anything I ask. I even asked for an employee number or name and they wouldnt tell me anything at all. They just very patronizingly keep saying that their it team is working on the problem. 5 starsI was super skeptical at first due to some older reviews and complaints but these guys are amazing! Once I started the process it was easy, super quick and got my funds deposited in 2 days. I couldn't recommend these guys anymore. I had a digital gift card from **** that didn't come with a pin the issuer doesn't allow that and I looked everywhere for a credible source to get cash. I found prepaid2cash and they got the job done fast, easy and seamless. Customer service was friendly and helpful if you're on the fence don't be because they are the real deal.Review fromPatrick Q

I tried to exchange a 50 dollar **** vanilla gift card, the card reflected 0 on its amount afterwards and then my P2C account was deleted automatically. This is vile. Tried to sign back in but says my account doesnt exist. This is criminal and this business should be looked investigated.Prepaid2Cash Holdings

We apologize for the confusion. Your transaction was rejected by our system and what you see on the card summary is a pending charge. When we canceled the transaction the charge was immediately voided, but it is up to the prepaid card issuer to re-credit the funds to the account. If you have questions on when the charge will be removed from the card we suggest reaching out to the prepaid card issuer, but it is usually removed within 5-7 business days.
Additionally, if you receive an email or error message that your account has been disabled, its likely due to one of the following reasons:
Duplicate Account:
**************** users are only allowed to have one active Prepaid2Cash account. If we find that you have created multiple accounts, we will disable duplicate accounts.
Account Phone Number:If the phone number you used to create your Prepaid2Cash account is not your mobile phone number, your account will be disabled. All Prepaid2Cash accounts must be tied to a valid US mobile phone number.
Suspected Fraudulent Activity:If we detect possible fraudulent activity on your Prepaid2Cash account, or any activity that violates our terms of service, we will disable the account.
In order to eliminate fraudulent activity, the Prepaid2Cash team is unable to communicate with owners of fraudulent accounts. We will not honor any requests for details on the fraudulent activity or any requests to activate the disabled account(s).
If your account was disabled due to duplicate accounts, please reach out to us at ********************************** and we will be happy to provide information about which account remains active. We can also help with updating the account email address or phone number if needed.Thanks,

While processing the transaction, the card processor experienced an issue, which caused the transaction to be held up. We are working alongside the card processor to understand and resolve this issue, as it has never happened before. We are working to fix this issue, and we hope to have it resolved this week.

They charged me a outrageous fee for a instant delivery and they delivered it the next day which was free to choose from the two also they said I had accounts with a email Ive never heard of as nd sent me emails saying thanks for the extra information I tried to reach out to them and they just gave me a excuse of initial reviews can take 24 hours but told me I had a account and they closed my other accounts and thats why it took so long well if I had a account then this wasnt my initial transaction was it theyre ripping people off and getting rich doing itPrepaid2Cash Holdings

IHave attempted 20 times to get a hold of this business and get a email saying the same thing I did everything they told to do I waited for my money the next day I tried to log on to the app to find out I was locked out and got a email that said they rejected my card I havent received my money back havent heard from them I will never use this site again the pjhone number they provide is a non working number I hate to even put one star cause youll dont even deserve thatPrepaid2Cash Holdings
