      I had been referred to Limbaugh Toyota by ******************** and Gerber Collision, for an appointment which had been on the books since 11/30/2023, to fix a problem with how ****** installed a part, and ****** was paying Limbaugh.Within 15 seconds of arriving, I was greeted by *****************************, with "It was worked on by someone else? We aren't touching it! It's MY policy, I'm the boss. End of discussion! Have a nice day!" He was rude/angry. I asked what was going on? Why so angry? I don't have a clue, why he got so angry with me in such a short time. He didn't even take a second to figure out what was going on.I went to the main building to see if I could figure out if I was in the wrong place. Nobody seemed to know of any appointment.Then *********************** got called me to his office. I explained what occurred. I inform him that a bad review is coming if I keep being abused. He started raising his voice, trying to say I threatened him. Thankfully I recorded the discussion, because I didn't, and I wasn't using language with him either. I left his office.*** was the only person in this dealership who actually tried. She wanted me to tell ***** (owner) about the issue. He was nearby, so I did. He didn't seem interested. ***************** me out, and tried to arrange a resolution, despite the poor behavior of management. I accepted her solution.I went to service, and let the gentlemen work. Issue couldn't be fixed yet - the part needed to be replaced a third time. They scheduled me for 10am this morning. I accepted, and left, intending on returning and everything being all good.3 hours later while shopping elsewhere with my brother on his last day in town for a while, I get a phone call from Gerber. ***** told ****** that I was no longer welcome on the property.From the top down, Limbaugh doesn't like customers, feels that it can abuse them. This historic business has went downhill. I support smaller businesses, but I can't support this behavior.

      ********************** came in with an appointment that we were not aware of that was supposed to have been obtained by his insurance company. He was to ask for a name of a employee we do not have. We had NO appt. ************************** had a full **************** waiting on their vehicles & could not help ********************** at that time to work on his veh. Also, he was reluctant to work on another shops problem. ********************** then went to the service ************************************** was trying to find the appt. & ********************** expressed that if this was not resolved to his satisfaction that he would go to all extremes to hurt this business ie: ******* BBB, ********* etc, etc. ****************** accepted this as a THREAT! He never gave ****************** time to help him, just warning him. At this point the decision was made from all mgmt. not to work or deal with this customer. We did order the parts he needed & will send them to Gerber body shop & let them & the insurance company handle their customer. This would eliminate any further conversations or problems. After checking today on them Toyota has informed us that these parts are on back order. Did not give us an ETA.
