      We had a HORRIBLE experience at Tameron Hyundai. We came in with my NIGHTMARE of 2019 Hyundai ****** (if you havent looked into the issues that car has I encourage you - that car is a joke and they know it - we were in the beginning stages of engine failure number TWO and catalytic converter change number THREE) to have it - as instructed by Hyundai corporate (car is out of warranty but I strongly believe they should stand by this s*** car thats less than 5 years old) - As soon as we pull in the service manager shuts down any hope we have of them submitting a claim to Hyundai and tells us its all on us for repairs. He then encourages us to get an estimate of my cars worth and see about getting into something else. At this juncture we didnt know what to do. We go to the waiting room and he advises us to sit here and wait until he can get us a salesman to go look at cars. We waited a good 30 minutes for someone to come out for us. She comes out, and is friendly and shows us 2 different cars which takes up another good ***** minutes. Meanwhile weve still heard nothing about our cars value which is the whole purpose we came inside and sat down. After looking at those two cars we had to ask for the estimate of our cars value. My 2019 Hyundai Tucson with ******* miles was worth $2,000 to them.. we were just totally speechless. The lack of worth is all thanks to their company and their c*** cars. We told them all the MANY things weve had to deal with this dumb car through my years of having it and here I am the consumer thats just left to deal with it all. So my experience with Hyundai was paying roughly $20,000 for a hunk of GARBAGE that had constant issues even AFTER an entire engine swap. Then the company offers me a JOKE of an offer, that was such a slap in the face. Not to mention the sales manager comes over and prettily offers our payout of $3000 instead if wed buy a car.. this place is a JOKE.

      I had a deeply frustrating experience at Tameron Hyundai. I visited on July 12th, found a ******* and clearly communicated to salesman ***************************** that I had a pre-approved loan and did not want to finance through anyone else. Despite this, when I returned to finalize the purchase on July 15th, I was kept waiting for hours and ended up with a higher APR than expected.To my dismay, I later discovered that the dealership used a different bank, not my pre-approved lender, resulting in a much higher interest rate. This lack of honesty and transparency is especially troubling in today's tough financial climate, where trust is crucial for large purchases.I attempted to resolve the issue, including canceling gap insurance and repeatedly contacting manager *******************, who failed to respond. Despite promises from other staff, my calls and emails were ignored, and the situation remained unresolved for weeks. After refinancing with the correct bank at a lower rate, the dealership committed to refunding the amount paid for the gap insurance. However, despite this commitment, the refund has still not been processed. The overall experience of poor communication and dishonesty has been deeply disappointing. I would not recommend Tameron Hyundai based on my experience.

      Went in to finance with our local credit union and was told that $1750 is added to the online price of each vehicle for not financing through them. That is not how you sell a car and the online advertisements are misleading if thats the case.

      At Tameron my husban and I felt disrespected and think the employees viewed ** as a stupid couple that could easily be taken advantage of. (******* was our sales person and **** was his manager.) The biggest issue we had was how we were treated when we said we were using outside financing. **** talked to us for almost 10 minutes without a clear answer as to why. He said to us it was against the law for us to use outside financing. The way he "schooled" us gave us the impression that he thought we were ignorant.- We were not listened to at all by either **** or ***************** the van there was a clicking noise. We asked multiple times to see if the clicking noise could be checked out. We were told that every car eventually goes through a safety inspection, but it was never clarified if that specific van had gone through the inspecion already. **** said sometimes he will post a vehicle for sell before the inspection. We were told if an inspection already happened, we could look at the report to see if it mentioned anything, but that report was never shown to us despite us asking multiple times.We also wanted to know what warrenty packages were available and their cost before deciding on the van. We had conveyed this multiple times, but no information was ever given to us. We were just told "That is our financing department, let me go check on that" and then nothing came from it. Multiple times during our conversations, ******* and **** both would leave the desk to go check on a question we had and keep us waiting for ***** minutes each time! Then every time they came back they immediately tried to get us to make a deal without even addressing the question we had. We NEVER had our questions answered. The van we looked at was dirty inside and out, and I found the previous owner's personal items in different compartments throughout the van. This included a dayschool key card, sunglasses, medications, and 2 unopened cans of BEER!

      Solid me a car that use to be a rental car and the car apparently didn't get Inspected and was put out on lot, well I bought the car put ****** miles on it in 4.5 month engine started smoking and then locked up , now they are refusing to put new or good used engine In car, WTF!!!! NEVER HEARD OF A *** LOT THAT WOULDNT TRY TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER WHEN THE *** CLEARLY HAD A PROBLEM WHEN IT WAS ON THEIR LOT, EITHER IT WAS INSPECTED OR IT WAS AND THEY DIDNT ***E, ****** WAY ITS WRONG.

      I took my Hyundai Sonata to this dealership back in April 2022 due to the oil consumption/engine failure recall. They charged me $600.00 for their recall fix. Please note, that they did not put a new engine in my car,(which was the companys original protocol when they started having this issue with their vehicles.) They instead did a band-aid fix that did not work, which as I stated previously cost me $600.00. I had my vehicle towed back to this dealership in December 2022 for the same issue. And this time it had actually broke down on the busiest interstate/interchange in ********** **(I-65/I-85). I just did get my vehicle off the interstate before it completely shut down on me. Thank God, or I could have been smashed and killed being on that extremely busy interstate with cars darting from all directions. This time the dealership was convinced that I really needed a new engine to correct this recall issue. Too bad they couldnt have performed this service when I took my vehicle to them back in April of 2022. It would have prevented me breaking down on the interstate and the risk of a possible deadly accident. I did ask for my $600.00 to be refunded and they gave me a 3 hour run around and finally decided to start the process of reimbursement. I was so upset that it took that long to convince them to refund me that I walked out and told them that I would be handling this situation in a different manner. I am going to hold this dealership and the Hyundai cooperation accountable for their poor handling of this situation. My take away from this is: dont ever buy a Hyundai and definitely dont use Tameron Hyundai for any of your vehicle service needs. Oh and I didnt even mention all the money I spent constantly adding oil to my vehicle and the mechanic bills. Every time my mechanics charged me to diagnose the problem, they told me that it was Hyundais problem and that I needed to take the car to them to get the issue resolved.

      Took car in for service related to engine loss of power and shutting down. Service dept had the car for a total of 3 weeks. The first week I called to check on the car. I had to have receptionist check on the status as the service tech would not return calls. Initially was told that they are investigating a possible engine replacement from Hyundai. Got this same message for the next few times I called and still unable to actually speak to a service advisor or tech. Finally, on week 3 the service tech calls and says the car needs a battery to run diagnostics - makes no sense! tyhe charge me $*** for battery, oil change and engine diagnostics. They say the car is ok. 3 months later the car shuts down again on the side of road and needs to be towed. We call Tameron but they deny us towing to there place, even though this is under their service. We end up having to tow to another Hyundai dealer but there's a 5-6 week wait. In the meantime we have no car! Called Tameron Service dept to help with this problem: Service manager has not returned my call in over a week. Spoke to service advisor - but has not returned calls or got back to me in a week. In short - this is the WORST service I've received in a long time. You can't talk to anyone or get calls returned.

      Kind of long, but please read. It may save you time and money and aggravation. My 2013 Lincoln was totaled and went here to replace it with a 2012 Lincoln. Took a short drive with Citron due to traffic and also he gave me a list of repairs that were done and I felt comfortable it was a good car based on our conversation. I put down **** and came back and got it the next day. Guess when they wanted cash instead of a check should have been a clue. Got on the interstate and the check engine light comes on and the car is vibrating. A check engine light just happens to pop up when the new owner buys it? Not. Anyway, took it to my mechanic and needs over ******0 in repairs. Advised Citron and Bobby I would handle shocks, struts, etc; however, not a bad axle, bad tie rods, valve covers leaking. I gave Bobby the inspection from my mechanic and was advised it would be handled. Was advised that they replaced the right side of the axle. Both sides should have been replaced. The car still shakes at acceleration and leaking oil. Was told by Bobby since it still vibrates they shouldn't have replaced what they did. What? Not sure it was replaced since I have yet to get anything showing it was after 2 request. The service department advised me they would check the valve cover and guess they did not do that either since oil is all over the driveway. I was advised by the service department, maybe Walt was his name, that the car was bought as is. As in what? I would expect that answer from a 2 bit lot selling auctioned cars. Not this place. While getting the car back again I was walking with Citron and advised him they and me would have been better off if they had sent the car to auction and he agreed. I also advised him that what if someone came in and couldn't make the repairs needed and he advised they would be **L. The stress of the wreck and dealing with this has been one of the worst experiences in my 40 years of buying cars. Again, I expect certain repairs with a

      Tameron Hyundai in Hoover is awful. My car set there from August 31 to September 28. We took it back because it doesn’t want to start. I called a week later no one knew who I was or where the car was. Couldn’t find it in the system. I kept calling same thing for weeks. No one returns your calls not even the GM image that. They treated my daughter and me like we were the crazy ones I don’t appreciate that at all. The car has not been touched and they called us finally to come pick up. It still doesn’t want to start and it falling apart . We have not had this car a year. I also was told after the fact that the car had been wrecked I will find out. Still calling and no one still answering or returning calls. Not happy
