      I have requested a refund from this company but they do not respond. I contact customer service but it says to text them. I text then they do not respond. I ordered a product from their website for $171.11 but have not received the product. The reviews about this company on ******** are terrible. So many people are being scammed from this website. **** app refuses to refund me the money because they say its a valid transaction. I have not received any product of any sort from this company. I am just wanting my money back. I did not receive a confirmation email nor a tracking number. When I contacted customer service through text they asked me for my first and last name. Not order number. They said they would check status and then never responded to me. The package was supposed to be here on Saturday. Ive included some photos of reviews and also the screenshot that I took after placing the order. If I had not done so I would have no proof of purchase from this company.

      I ordered from them on 10/10, I got an email immediately that said:"We will be sending you a detailed confirmation email within the next few hours."I never received this confirmation email. on 10/14 I received another email from them and it stated:"You will receive an automated order confirmation message when your order is staged for shipping. Due to such a high volume of orders we expect a ship date of mid-December. There is a substantial lead time from the manufacturer. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact using the information below."I was ok with that at that time so I didn't cancel or reach out to them. I was contacted via email again on 12/22 and that email showed:"Your online order from International Tool has been received. Our team is working on getting your items ready for shipment.Your International Tool Order Number is 0008466130."I thought this was acceptable. But I waited and waited and never got tracking or a shipping confirmation. I contacted them via text on 1/2 to ask about the status of this order, they advised me at that time "Good morning,Your order is in the queue to be shipped. Unfortunately, I do not have a specific ETA for you. Orders should start shipping faster since the holiday season is over. Thank you for your patience."After still not receiving any emails or any other contact, I texted them back again on 1/23 to cancel my order. They asked for the full name on the order, which I provided them and I heard anything from them since.

      I placed an order for items on October 8th. The company did send a message and say there would be a delay in shipping and they would be sent in December. I have since contacted the company multiple times via text and email since they do not have a valid phone number. I have not received any communication back. The order number was ******.

      I placed an order for a Milwaukee *********** and M12 12V Lithium-Ion Cordless **** Lumen ROCKET LED Stand Work Light on 10/08/22 on the international tool website. I received a confirmation email that I have attached below. Since then I have never received an order number or a tracking number for my purchase. I have tried to reach out to the number and emailed listed in the email with no response. I belive that this company is using deceptive trade practices to get people to buy products from their website without having stock or they are just stealing money from innocent people.
