      Purchased an item 10/8. Charged 11/29. Order confirmation 12/2. It is now 1/13 and nothing has been shipped or received. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone there.Don't waste your time.

      Ordered a bare tool with free battery 10/10/22, was told it's in the shipping queue but as of today, I still don't have a tracking number and the updates through the process have been few and far between. I wouldn't place an order with this company again based on my experience, they show the item as in stock on their page but they can't seem to get one in a box and ************** out to me.

      THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS. DO NOT ORDER. There is no way to communicate with anyone who works here. I ordered an air compressor and they mailed me an air compressor box filled with random used tools. Had to file dispute with my credit card company to get my money back since they are unreachable.
