I was a maintenance man for the company, & on my off days I would cut the grass for the every two weeks, they would only pay me what they wanted to , when I quit they owed me $3,125 im made several attempts to collect, im always told we're working on it, they can't get nobody local to do no work for them because they won't pay,

They NEVER return calls. Ive called at least 9 times this year. Nothing in my apartment has been fixed. Wellington *************** pointe I do not recommend anyone to move to these locationsProvidian Real Estate Management, Inc.

Our corporate office does not have a receptionist and transfers voicemails to the team member for that particular property. Apologies if it was hard to reach us. We have done a 100% unit inspection of the property and making the necessary repairs. 1 starI live in one of the complexes in Alabama. It was great I moved in. But it quickly went downhill. If you try to call Providians Main office to try to talk to someone about something because the manager just gives you a bunch of lies, they never answer their phone nor return calls! And the manager knows how to get around the system by texting instead of answering on the website so she thinks nobody has proof of things. I have proof of everything! The manager also told me when I moved in that even though I'm disabled and I had a small puppy that was a service dog, and I had a dr that had signed papers stating this, she told me that I could not have my service dog here. I had to get rid of it to live here. I had to have a place to live so I had no choice. This was very hard. Then to see 2 other ppl move in with dogs after me!! Shes very partial! She won't kick ppl out according to lease even though they are intimidating others and destroying others property, throwing trash on their porch, keeping noise up at all hours of the night, nothing is said to them or done about it. Even drugs being done & sold on the property. But not having a manager on the property at all, and not having a manager that cares anyway, these ppl know nothing is going to happen. The manager told my lawyer she fixed the things I had complained about, but in a video I sent him, it clearly shows, it was a lie, nothing was fixed. Her own maintenance man told her one particular thing I needed and she canceled the order. I have been here 3 years and haven't had a working oven the entire time. There's mold, no air filters get changed according to lease terms, nor is there any pest control per lease terms. We have to do our own pest control and buy our own air filters. Supposedly there was a rent increase in October 2022. I never received any notice of this. I did get a notice of increase for January 2023. According to the lawyer, the increases aren't applicable until a new lease is signed.
