  This company forged selling documents with my brother's name on them and tried to steal his home. When he contacted legal counsel, they filed a fake affadavit. They're the worst kind of dishonest, trying to steal a home from a 73 year old man with diabetes and advanced kidney failure. He's had 2 strokes, and a Grand Mal seizure which left him in a coma for 19 days. Worst kind of people on this earth.

  ******* and his team are very professional and transparent. I worked directly with ******* himself even though he is a very busy man who could have passed me off to one of his team members. Definitely appreciate the relationship and look forward to many more.

  I sold my house on *************************, in ***** to Ant Buys Houses. I worked with **** who presented me with all my options and gave me a cash offer and multiple other offers that were all fair and as is. We had 7 people from my family liv*** In the house due to some perineal situations and the house needed some work and it would have been impossible to do show***s. I want to thank **** and ****** from the clos *** team in help*** me get the title situation figured out and gett*** us closed out in less than three weeks. Ant buyshouses will be my first call next time I sell a house. I couldnt ask for better service and understand***. Thank you

  So, I gotta tell you guys about my experience selling my property to AntBuyshouses.Anyway, I was really impressed with their service. They made the whole process super easy and stress-free. I mean, I was expecting it to be a nightmare, but it was actually pretty painless.What really blew me away was how quickly they were able to close. Like, I kid you not, it only took 13 days. I was expecting it to take months, but they were on top of it.Overall, I'd definitely recommend AntBuyshouses to anyone looking to sell their property.   My brother and I inherited ***************** in Missouriee after she passed away. I live in *****, **. First,we listed the property with 2 other "quick sale" companies that for 4 months did absolutely nothing. Communication consisted of me calling them once a week and them returning my call about once a month. After getting 0 offers, I contacted ******************* and talked to her on the phone for less than 5 minutes. After that phone call, the fuse was lit. The communication from everyone involved was phenomenal. In less than 45 days, my brother and I had the money from the sale in our accounts! All done without ever leaving my home in *****! Ant Buys Houses is second to none! Trust your property to them, they will respect you and your property and will get you the outcome that you are looking for!

  This company is owned by a former license real estate agent. His mother is a license real estate agent named *****************************. She's not disclosing to homeowners that she is related to this investor but she is listing homeowners properties on his behalf. They are able to do this because the contract they have homeowners sign to buy their house actually gives them power of attorney. ***************************** has been reported to the ******* ********************** and there are several homeowners who have since come forward to add to the investigation. Pay attention to the contract they are offering and seek legal counsel before signing.

  *****************************, AntBuysHouses, signs contract to purchase, defaults on contractual dates, defaults on escrow payments, and after 35 days under contract, just wants to walk away from the purchase without cause. This company sets up appointments and never show, dont return calls, and never fulfilled the contract. Im out 5 weeks of prime beach rental and 5 weeks that Ant had my home off the market. What an unprofessional unlicensed company.
