      ******************* and his brother came over with a drone and said they measured roof that way. That day they gave quote. After they told us that we had secured financing with them a few days later, we made the down payment of $5990 for a complete tear off and new roof that would cost us $11,800. Plus, they said they'd trim trees above the roof. There were several dates set that came and left with all sorts of excuses. One excuse was they thought insurance should cover it. So, **** did come back with an adjuster. But, nothing came of that. **** sent an employee out once also who was to readjusted shingles on roof. After that employee came we were unable to reach them any more. Emails and phone were all shut down/turned off.

      I hired Sunset Builders LLC to replace my whole roof. Part of the contract was to strip and remove all shingles and tar paper, which they did not remove the old tar paper and covered it up. The flashing was to be replaced around house and chimney. They did not replace the flashing between chimney and the roof. They gave me a warranty Sept 7, 2023. I notified them after it rained that it was leaking down my livingroom wall. He said he was going to have someone come, but no one has come. It's been over 20 days and it's still not fixed and now he will not answer my calls or text. Everyday it rains my livingroom, carpet and basement get more damage. I'm very dissatisfied with quality of work and lack of communication with this company.

      I purchased a new house in April. There were a couple shingles loose and contacted Sunset.
      They agreed to repair for $400, and I needed to pay half down.
      I paid $190 in May, 2022.
      After numerous attempts to get someone over, I have yet to get a call.
      The receptionist knew me and thought my issue was resolved.
      During this time, I discovered a leak in another spot, explained I needed someone over to repair.
      Last week, left a message during business hours and no return call.
