      I paid a security deposit of $7,800 for a metal roof installation in October 2023. The agreement was to install the roof, weather permitting on 1/8/24. That day came and passed. The owner, *******************, put me off and said he would call to reschedule. He is now no longer returning my calls or texts. He started a new company called ******* Fun Jumps on 10/14/23 and is no longer a contractor. To me, this is simple fraud and theft. I will be pressing charges and have already asked an attorney to get involved.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY FOR ANY REASON!

      I HIRED AND SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH SUNSET BUILDER LLC ( ROOFING CONTRACTOR ) BASED OUT OF **********, *******. THE ***** ***************************** IS CONDUCTING THIS ROOFING BUSINESS WITH OUT A ROOFING CONTRACTOR LICENSE. **** DID NOT FINISH A LOT OF MY WORK THAT WAS ON THE SIGNED CONTRACT. HE BASICALLY STOLE $13,744 DOLLARS FROM US. I DO NOT RECIDE IN BIRNINGHAM AS MY COMPANY BUY'S TAX DELINQUENT HOMES AND WE FIX THEM UP. I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH HIM. ********************* MAY ALSO BE RUNNING A ROOFING COMPANY BY THE NAME " ******* COMMERCIAL ROOFING LLC " . HE IS A FRAUD.****** HE DOES NOT HOLD ANY ROOFING LICENSES IN THE *********************
