    It was November 16, 2022 and the day I went there they had my insurance on file that day and I paid my $40 co-pay that day as well. I called the billing department and started communicating with an employee name ****** at the beginning of February. The employee tells me that she will refile the 16th claims from November of 2022. And tells me to send her a copy of my old insurance card and I did and I have proof of all these emails. three more weeks goes by still no one has filed the claims for November 16 of 2022. I have called over seven or eight times in just the last two months. I have communicated through emails with the employee from the billing department.. Every single time I speak to this employee or any of their employees they tell me OK will be filing and then they go and file it under my new insurance that started this year in 2023. When I went to them in November 2022 I had a different insurance card number. Every single time I tell them that but they keep filing it under the wrong insurance and Im tired of talking this has been going on too long. I want this resolved now communicating over the phone with the emails its not getting me anywhere every time I talk to someone Ive been told a different lie. Im still receiving a statement about a past due balance. The only reason that balance is past due its because you have not filed the insurance because if you file the insurance and the adjustments and with my payment it will wipe that $180 past due balance out because Ive already paid enough to cover those November 16 2022 bills. I called ************** and I spoke to someone on the phone and I told her that I need someone to file the insurance claims under the correct insurance card that was on file the day that I arrive at my appointment, she said OK no problem Several more weeks goes by I called again March 27th and leave a message for ******. Her voicemail said she was out on vacation.
