    ************************ and all office personal are the worst. To start off with the recent issue is they will not, I repeat will NOT stop emailing me to finish some much needed paperwork which has been 2 years since my surgery. This is borderline harassment! I have responded and told them to STOP emailing me I do not need to fill anything out regarding my surgery. They let me lay there post-op in pain and said I was "tapped" out for meds all while I'm in the worst pain. Probably due to his lack of experience considering I did not have this problem with 2 surgeries from a ****************** which is also employed at Andrews. This is why I give them 1 ?. I'm sure their emails they will say is a no reply type of deal and I could careless. I responded if u didn't get it this is the consequences. QUIT EMAILING ME AND BETTER YET DELETE MY WHOLE FILE!!!
