  Very disrespectful and mean. They offered me a $1 for 4 original beanie babies. I had to purchase a box to ship which was more than the offer to pay me a $1 via check. I then posted my experience as a review on their website they responded saying they had no idea who I was. Then said they only purchase common beanie babies. Then they harassing me sending a rude email to me. I have a right to my review. Just because I didn't accept their $1 offer doesn't mean they can be rude to me. ****** learned!

  I have had the same thing happen to me that a lot of others are complaining about. Seems to me that this is the ** of this company. He is a rip off artist! He quoted me $400 for 31 Barbies in their boxes. 2 of them had bottoms that were coming off and they were a little dusty. I took pictures and did everything like they asked. After he received my Barbies he emailed me telling me that he adjusted the quote from $400 to $150 because they were in terrible condition. He is full of S***! He low balled me with the initial quote of $400 and then decides to make up a story to drop it to $150. Then tells me if I want the Barbies sent back to me it would cost me $200!!!! The nerve!!! I am beyond PISSED! He needs to be STOPPED! He is ripping people off and has been for a long time. Its too bad there arent honest business people out there anymore. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  THIEVES After photographing 18 dolls I recived am offer of $400. The received the dolls and adjusted payment to $300. The sent a tracking email which WAS NOT from **** as I went there 2x to find out where my payment was. **** said they use track number which begins with 9 and includes 18 digits. This did not even have number. When zi called repeatedly I was unable to speak with *****, the "owner," they made me wait 30 for payment and charged me $35 for stop payment on a check I don't believe was ever sent In the end I received $164. . Scam all the way around,!

  ***** and ****** have been wonderful to work with. Since I was planning on downsizing and moving I wanted to sell my Barbie collection. Eventually I sold other toys and a dollhouse kit as well. I did not want to do this on my own through ***** for example. I was happy to find someone who I could sell everything to. It was easy and there was never any hassle. I was prepared not to expect what I originally paid, and they were more than fair. I feel very blessed to have found a great group of individuals.

  I had the same thing happen as people are stating below, sent them list and photos of all the ****** dolls in the collection, told them a few had minor damage to boxes and they offered me $500.00. got email today taking offer down to $350.00 saying missing items, never got email stating what was supposedly missing, tried to call and went to voicemail. feels like they make an offer and once they have your dolls think that they can just reduce the offer without any explanation other then "Due to wear on most of the boxes and a couple of missing items we are adjusting the payout to $350.00.Your payment will be sent today."These dolls are new in the box and have been stored for over 20 years when we found them cleaning out my parents home. I sent him over 55 dolls plus added in an hallmark ornament, a ****** **** and a ****** happy meal toy that was unopened. this person seems dishonest about his offers and would never recommend him since they do not communicate once dolls are received other than to reduce the amount they are sending to you. ******* BE WEARY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET LESS THEN OFFERED.

  I took all the required photos and noted any areas of concern on original ****** boxes. There were 5 out of 60 boxes I noted with the photos, that had minor box issues. 55 boxes in MINT CONDITION. He took a SUBSTANTIAL amount off the original offer and mailed the check. BEWARE. Sell Your Toys Now will not honor their quotes, without explanation. I have hundreds of photos proving mint condition boxes. ***** refuses to respond to my multiple emails requesting feedback, as to which boxes he felt were not in MINT condition, so that I may refer back to my photos. He also took weeks to process my delivery. I had to email to check on the status and he responded as though he never received my shipment, while *** tracking clearly showed he had received the shipment over a week prior. Unfortunately, he is dishonest as well as disorganized.

  Unfortunately, ******* is not being completely honest. ******* was offered $500 for her dolls which she gladly accepted. The offer was based on the dolls and boxes being in mint condition. Our offers clearly state that we cannot tell the condition of boxes by looking at photos. We adjusted her offer down to $450 ($50 deduction) due to a number of items having significant wear. We sent ******* a list of the items that we adjusted for. Her items were checked in in a very timely manner.

  I recently contacted this business in an attempt to sell my Halo figures collection. I have a total of 75 figures. Of the 75 I believe 5 had damaged packaging and 5 others were losing their adhesive. The other 65 were in like new unopened figures. After going through this long process of taking multiple photos and scanning barcodes of my items. I then submitted my information for what I thought would be a reasonable offer. The business made an offer so low that it wouldn't even cover my original purchase amount ($1000) was the offer. These figures go from the low end of $30 to $100 plus. So even at the low end the offer wasn't even half that. So I listed 3 items on **** and sold one within 24hrs for a $100 profit after transaction cost. This business claims to not only make reasonable offers on your collection, but if not then to steer you towards other avenues of unloading your collection. They only told me that **** was my better option after I told them I was listing on ****. In my opinion Sell Your Toys Now is only out to low ball people for their cherished collection only to turn around and maximize their profit margin under a *************************** of a business. Sellers Beware

  We offered ***** $1000 for what was mostly figures selling in the $15-$30 range with one or two that *** sell for a bit more. We are resellers not collectors. We buy items based on what we can sell them for minus our expenses. I suspect that ***** has now discovered just how high the fees are on **** and how difficult it is to sell his figures. We are very fair with our offers.

  Compiled complete list of barbie ********** with individual photos of front back & sides of each doll. Was Quoted $300 for doll **********, but the business docked my payout substantially by sending a check for $200 instead. They Claimed that the adjustment to my payout was due to "many" of my boxes being damaged. Although unimpressed, unsatisfied & frustrated I intended on just moving on knowing there's little I could do to change the outcome. However, then the business had the audacity to comment on my review, attempting to imply I was simply being dishonest & ultimately stating their company is the most "fair of them all, period". Then, they went one step further to ensure to add in the ultimate insult icing on the cake by responding to a private email telling me how dishonest I am. If I could redo the whole ordeal, I would without a doubt put effort in to find an alternative company to deal with. Looking back through other reviewers comments it seems to me this company has no problem blaming everything on the customer and denying any wrong doings by their company. Any bad reviews I came across was followed by a gross & insulting response from the company. ****** learned!
