HE (*************) ADVISED MY FATHER IN LAW HE HAD TO DROP IT OFF AND THEY WOULD CALL WHEN FINISHED. WHY WOULD I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO DROP SOMETHING OFF AND WAITING FOR A CALL BACK. THATS THE WHOLE THING ABOUT MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. I THEN SPOKE THE MANAGER, SORRY DIDNT GET HER NAME. SHE ADVISED SHE WOULD SPEAK TO ************* AND CALL ME BACK SHORTLY, NEVER DID. I CALLED AFTER LUCH , 1:30 AND ************* ADVISED HE COULDN'T GET TO IT TODAY. HE TOLD MY WIFE HE HAS AN RV THAT HAS BEEN THERE FOR 2 DAYS WITH AN APPOINTMENT. I NEED MY WARRANTY WORK DONE. WHEN SPEND $34,833.00 WITH A COMPANY YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD DO WHAT'S RIGHT.

      Business Response

Appointments are made to get RV units in to start the process.Once an RV is delivered to our service dealer, we will document customers concerns. We will take pictures of any affected parts and composite a written report.
RV Roadway will submit the photographs and report to the manufacturer via a dealer portal. Then, we wait for a response!
The RV manufacturer will either approve, deny, partially approve or deny, or ask for further clarification or evidence. This process can take several weeks even months!
Once the claim is approved,we can begin the repair. Rarely, we will have everything needed on-hand. But we will order the parts. If we're lucky, the parts will be catalog parts available from big RV distributors. If not we need a custom manufactured part (e.g. water tank, cabinet door, etc.) then the process can take weeks!
Once the parts arrive, we will verify they are the correct parts. If they arent which happens more often than you would think the process starts all over!
Once the correct parts arrive, we can complete the repair. During this time, RV Roadway will require you keep your RV physically on the lot to keep its place in the service queue. If you remove your RV, it may push your request to the back of the line!
When warranty service goes well, you can have your RV in and out in a resonable amount of time.
But when everything goes wrong the manufacturer disagrees with the claim, wrong parts are sent, custom parts are required the process has been known to take months!
We try our best to get the units repaired in a timely manner. We recomend the customer to drop his unit off to our dealership so we can start the process and get his unit repaired.

      Thanks
