      It has been 6 months of me contacting their office (with no one answering half the time) over and over again to inquire about my warranty that we cancelled. They owe us a check for the difference which they acknowledged they did. I can't get anyone to send me the check.in addition, when purchasing the ** which was used and brought on to their lot by another customer they had over 1K fee on our purchase price for 'transferring it to the lot' which they insisted they had to charge. They then tried to charge me $5K extra for not using their bank. Had I not gotten a quote from my bank and asked them to compare the net sheet I would not have known. it is a sneaky way to force you to use their bank and their rates. I purchased with their bank to save the 5K then quick moved it to our bank of choice.

      I bought a Toyhauler RV from RV Roadway of *********** in February of 2021. I have been ****** patient with this dealer, and they have given me nothing but unsatisfactory workmanship. I bought a Onan generator from this dealership at the time of purchase and paid for installation. This dealer installed this generator so badly that the ******************** center could not do a oil change on it. The installation specs in the generator manual weren't followed according to the manufacturer specification. They initially installed the generator and didn't bolt it down or allow it to vent properly to spec. So, Nov 6th of 2023 three months shy of two years of purchase, they finally got it scheduled in to bolt the generator down properly and allow access to change the oil and fuel filter mind you I called the service manager and specifically asked him to make sure that the oil filter and fuel filter was accessible for the unit to be serviced. When I got the unit back the generator was cutting off after 5 to 10 minutes of running. I took it to a *************** center to be fixed. The service tech that worked on the unit stated that the ground wire bolt was stripped out and the wire was just dangling and that he couldn't change the oil or fuel filter because it wasn't accessible. The unit wasn't installed according to the installation instructions, and it's not vented right which could lead to overheating because the unit is air cooled. When I call the current regional manager about all these issues, he stated this is the best that they could do and that they installed it correctly. This dealer has clearly displayed that all they want is your and you're on your after the purchase and they are not going to stand behind the work.

      I bought a new 2021 MPG from them in april of 2022, well in april of 2023 i happen to lift up the table bench for storage for the first time and noticed mold and mildew all under the seat. I could push my finger through the floor. I brought it in before the warranty had expired to get it fixed. This was in April, it is now September and I can not get anyone to return my calls, give me any kind of update. I have called at least a dozen times to try to get an update with no luck. My advise would be to go down the road to Camping World to buy your camper. These people just want you to sign the dotted line, then you are forgoten about. If they call and fix this situation I will change my review.

      Owner *********** is a *****. Never answers his phone or emails. Treats employees extremely unfair. Since ******* is an at will state, if you question him, he will terminate you.
