    Highly disappointed. I thought integrity was a core value for their work. Turns out its not. Through my ongoing experience, Richard Electric Co. has a bias to the contracted builder rather than ensuring the homeowner they serve is taken care of. Now, Richard Electric refuses to return phone calls or emails. A terrible way to treat homeowners who are asking for answers and are supposed to be able to trust them to ACTUALLY assess and repair problems.

    Respectfully disagree with your review/statement. We have not purposely ignored your calls or emails, if we have failed to return a call or email my apologies. I have record of speaking with you on April 7th. This is the last time we have record of contact with you. We have been on site to examine the issues that you had experienced and have not denied a site visit to try and solve the ceiling staining around the supply register, that is insulated and sealed per code. The builder is supposed to contact you to further investigate a cause, and that is something we are not involved with. We know from our site visits that the staining is not current, and the system is working as designed. We have provided this information.
