    Worst service I have ever received. I have spent so much money at this place with no resolution to issues. Recently took my car in for a battery replacement. They couldn't even successfully change the battery promptly. It has been in the shop for a week. They even misdiagnosed the car charging me an alternator... ( I jumped the car off and drove it for over an hour to get to the shop with no issue... it was not the alternator..) I have been asking for an update for three days and haven't received one yet. Now, they will not answer the phone and when they do they say they will call me back... they never do.DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. ITS UNDER NEW ********** OF ********** OF ******... NO DIFFERENT THAN TEAM GUNTHER. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL STILL HAVE CAR ISSUES.THIS PLACE HAS CONVINCED ME TO NEVER BUY A ********** AGAIN.

    Horrible service from the very beginning! I attempted to purchase my son a car with all approved already from my bank. The salesman ************************* had the absolutely worst customer service and very non chalant attitude. I tried to avoid actually speaking my opinion in an effort to help my son because he wanted the car. Well needless to say I canceled everything: sale and payment check to this dealer. Every questioned I asked he said to refer to the car facts. In addition after I expressed my concerns with his horrible service and that I would never purchase from this dealer he made a statement to my son. As a result I turned around and asked questioned him to be certain I heard what I heard. I honestly felt it was a racial statement because of our ethnicity. I would NEVER recommend or purchase from this dealership. The manager really wasnt too much more helpful although he apologized for his employee. Needless to say I purchased a vehicle the very next day with my bank car sale and 5* customer service from the salesman. ************************* has to be one of the worst salesman Ive ever met and this made my 8th car purchase.

    Horrible service department. They have had vehicle for 2 months due to an emissions problem diagnosed by my mechanic. It was still under warranty so I had it towed to **** First it was the battery after sitting there for 3 weeks, then it was somebody was fired, then it was a part they had to replace to test the emissions that was going to take 10 days to get in. A month later nobody returns my calls or answers the phone. Shameful business practice. I am a single parent with a job and am tired of having to ask for rides.

    We paid cash for our vehicle and had no plans to finance the vehicle. *** ran our information with all 3 credit reporting agencies. I was under the assumption they were doing a soft check, to verify who we were....NO they ran a full check. Absolutely, unfair business practice....Love the vehicle, but would definitely find another dealership if they continue this practice...

    Team Gunther Kia Aug 23, 2023 bbujisic I would give them 0 stars if I could, terrible service, service advisor with whom I have worked tried to scam me in replacing my battery. My car was perfectly fine, just needed regular service, I drove there and everything worked normal but when he sat in the car and tried to turn it on, car wouldn't start. So, he said battery needs to be replaced. I came back after three hours, they didn't replaced battery because they don't have it in the stock at the moment so he wanted to order it. I refused because it start being weird to me that my car normally starts again even without exchange it. Also, he tried to charge for tires rotation even he said at the beginning my car doesn't need it, cause two front tires are the best ones. From there I went straight to Auto zone to check my battery, they said my battery is like a new and doesn't need to be replaced. They are trying to scam you as much as they can using all of kinds of dirty tricks. Stay away. Btw the sales advisor I was working with was ***************************, terrible experience. Never again.

    Walked in to a car lot where I was approached by a gentleman that was completely unaware of my consideration for the practice of better businesses that would accept paperwork that was documented correctly through a financial .

    Team Gunther Kia has had my vehicle in their service department for 8 months. They refuse to return any calls, despite telling me weekly that I will receive an update on my vehicle. Whenever I call or go up there I am given false hope that they will eventually communicate better. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone for any reason. Extremely lacking empathy and extremely unprofessional. At one point, they could not even locate my vehicle.

    I would like to share my experience with the next customer. I purchased a vehicle in March from a salesman name ******, which did everything he could to help me and my family. After we paid for the vehicle check - we had some issues that were made very aware of within driving off the lot. I contacted my salesman and he recommended me to contact sales to have my vehicle looked at. I had to wait 2 months for an apt because of low staff. I went in to have my car checked. The service guy told me that I had no working airbags and ?to be very careful to drive it. I then made an apt to have it fixed. Two weeks later. I decide why I was in the area to talk to someone about my vehicle and how important is it to have this thing fixed. I was then greeted by a lady named ***** who was very rude to me and talked to me like I was c*** and not a paying customer, another lady then came out and walked me to the other side to speak to a lady name ************ recall. She listen to my story and my concerns and then tried to throw it back in my face that I said the vehicle has no airbags when I said it has nonworking airbags. Remind you we purchased the best warranty as well for this vehicle to find out that **** sold us on. In his words get more bang for your buck. She then said she would get back to me once **** was in and decide what we could do, and she never called me back. I left her several voicemails and no return call.. so now two weeks go by and I bring my vehicle in to be fixed and pray my warranty will cover it after writing a check for 23 grand. Remind u as well my father went in and spoke to **** and ****** again. About our issues and **** made it clear we will figure something out once the vehicle is brought in. A week goes by and I hear nothing about my vehicle then get sha the service manager to tell me his tech isnt working with *** anymore. So now what are we going to do? He advised me to take it to Jeep.
