My wife and I came in to the dealership on a Friday evening. We agreed on a price on an a car coming in. A few days later they called to say it was there and ready, and sure enough it was already cleaned up and filled with gas. It was the easiest experience we have ever had at a dealership. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. The ************** staff there is really great and doing things the way you would hope to see in every car dealership. We will be back.

BUYER BEWARE We just purchased a car from Champion of Decatur and it was a horrible experience. We previously ordered a Jeep from them early 2022 and received it a few months later and that experience went fine, which is why we decided to use this dealer again. For this horrible experience, we ordered the car at the beginning of April 2023 and received it in November. When the order was placed (with the previous General Manager), we agreed to pay a certain amount over ****. During the build process of the car, ***** raised the **** $10,000, but those with an order placed prior were price protected PER DODGE. Once the car came in, the dealer decided to not honor the protected price, even thoughDodge informed them our price was supposed to be protected at the original price. ***** provided multiple avenues of communication, showing we were locked in at the original price, and that no one (us nor the dealer) would have to eat the cost of the additional ****.The new managements stance was that other dealers were getting a lot more over ****, so they would just refund our deposit if we didnt want to pay their new price. They said they own the car and ***** could not tell them what to do. They didnt care about the deal we made with the previous GM, because he was no longer there and they did not agree with the deal he made. The dealer does not honor their agreements, nor do they honor what the brand promises the customer. They chose to be greedy and rude, and lied to us about what was happening with the car that they were not touching. They said that they would not touch the car per our request. The plastic was removed, the radio had multiple adjustments made, they placed a dealer tag on the vehicle, etc.
