Worst customer service and they ripped my mom off for 3 months of service on a 2nd location. My mom has been with them for 3 years, she wanted to cancel the termite control on her second property she owns. She called and cancelled, and they charged her for 3 months and told her it had to go through a process to be cancelled. It was not cancelled the day she called. This is a company that holds a prayer every morning with their staff. Not very Godly is it now. You are hypocrites. She cancelled on the 9th of **** and they were out here in 3 days to pull the traps, but they charged her anyway for **** June and July.

If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE AT ALL!!!!I was supposed to have service come out last Friday (Oct 7) at 5:30. The technician was a no show, no call. I called the call center and they said they would send out an email. Monday rolls around and still I had heard nothing. Called back Tuesday and the call center also said they would send another message and CC the technicians manager. Do you think I heard back? ABSOLUTELY NOT. So I called back Thursday to cancel my service, as I should not have to reach out THREE different times to get service. Obviously they dont want/need my money. The call center said she would send out a message and the actual office would give me a call to verify my cancellation. AGAIN NOTHING. This is a sorry location with sorry employees who dont want to do their job. Go find somewhere else if you actually want to get service because this is not it!!!!!!

WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ****** EVER AGAIN! We've had ****** PEST & TERMITE service in THREE HOMES for multiple years in *********, *********** and ********, ** in which we've spent hundreds/thousands of dollars. During a transition in homes we canceled the home we sold and moved service to our new home. At that time ****** canceled service at our Lake home as well (said it was a mistake) but gave no further explanation and never started it back up after calls with no return calls and even when we finally talked, still stated it was a mistake with no action from them! Finally getting to the bottom of it (or so we thought?), they came to our new home to sign the new contracts for both locations over a year after we moved, tried to sell us multiple extra services (that we didn't need). We agreed and signed 2 contracts for $499 each to start service up again and then a week later CANCELLED BOTH WITH NO EXPLANATION. No return phone calls with exception of 2 gentlemen that were doing their best to get to the bottom of ANY explanation. Finally stating that our lake home had "too much wood" on the design and even after years of taking thousands of dollars from us (btw - always stating that their termite "technology" was the best in the business). I've been in the Corporate world for over 40 years and have NEVER experienced dealing with ANY situation/company as poorly as this has been handled. If ****** decided to terminate our contract because they were afraid their termite treatment would eventually fail - communicate that to us, tell us your sorry and compensate us for the dollars we paid for "protection" vs. going dark on us! UNBELIEVABLE!Interesting that I sent this to them specifically to ask to discuss the situation (they sent me the response below then) and have yet to hear from them! --The email was sent to confirm that your message has been successfully received. A member of the ****** team will reach out to you soon!

The balance on **************** account has been rolling over each month since 2020. Due to the nature of his manual monthly payments and the time our monthly statements are sent out, it would've been difficult for ************ to know about the balance without requesting it over the phone or attempting to cancel his account. We've taken care of the balance on **************** account. We're very sorry for the confusion.

The service is sketchy and the billing is sketchy. I canceled the regular service because I had bugs in the house and the service person said that happens but the bugs should die right away then I go to pay and the **** makes no sense and I have no idea what they charge for the annual termite service but get bills throughout the year. A **** should state the service and the price of the service not a bunch of random chemical c***

I paid $165 to rid my house of a particular bug It DIDN,T work. They refuse to refund any money since they did treat the house. The fact that it didn,t work doesnt matter evidently. Gone are the days when you get what you paid for!,,,,
