      March 5th I went into the * ***** location for a cashiers ck & check on my sons acct Im also a co signer on. When I took my son in to open his acct in 2020 I was told I had to be on the acct b/c he was only 18.But in 2023 when I took my other son who was also 18,he was able to open acct w/o **** thought maybe the age reqmt changed.The reason for me checking on his acct on March 5th was b/c I couldnt transfer him money.The teller informed me his acct was closed & a balance due of $927.39.The very first thing I asked her after hearing this info was if the 927 would be taking from my acct? She answered, *o.I may be restricted from using the atms at some point but it wouldnt be taking from my acct.I asked her if he could set up a payment plan?She said no b/c the acct was closed,a plan was not available but he could come in & make payments on the acct.I let her know that he lived & worked in ******* but I would speak w/ him & see when he could take a day off during the wk to get this resolved Mon. April 8th around 5pm I checked my acct & the $927.39 had been withdrawn from my savings acct.The * ***** location was closed so I went to ***************** location and spoke with the manager.He confirmed that there wasnt a payment plan that we couldve set up & the atm restriction is true.The bank uses that to try & get people to come in & take care of delequint balances. He also informed me that the bank has the right to take any outstanding balances out of my acct.Which I admit that I was aware of & thats why I asked the original teller about it.He said he reached out to the department that would be able to reverse it but they were out of the office,&he would check on it next day.I havent heard from them.I understand I am reliable for this b/c I signed.But I was there seeking help to prevent my acct being affected & was misinformed This resulted in me thinking I had more time to settle this.I have been banking here for yrs & this has really set my family back financially

      Five Star Credit Union is my bank based out of ****** *******. No one has been answering the customer service phone line and I have unauthorized transactions and fees listed to my account and cannot get an explanation from the store that charged me or a resolution from customer service. I want the *** of this bank investigated and audited.

      I have attempted to contact **************** by phone on several occasions, but there has been either no answer or no voice mail available. When possible, I left a message to return my call. I have also emailed her to contact me. We cannot resolve her issue if we can't determine exactly what items are unauthorized. I will be happy to assist her if she can contact me at ****************************.

      I have paid off a loan on a motor vehicle 09 ****** Camry. Acct ****** loan ****. This bank refuses to release my title although the vehicle has been paid off 2 months. I have sent certified letters and a 10 day demand letter under the ******* statute code 32-20-44 that requires them to release my title within 10 days of the request. They have failed to do so which is a class B misdemeanor . I have every phone call recorded and documented. I spoke with the collections department representative on Nov 12 named ***** who I gave the payoff payment to and whom stated after putting me on a brief hold that the loan was paid in full . She went on to verify my address and said that she would submit to the title person at the bank that my loan has been satisfied and that I should receive the title or information in a couple weeks. Its been a couple months and nothing. I believe this constitutes a breach of warranty of title in addition to the aforementioned class B misdemeanor. Through the past months nothing has been mentioned to be about any issues pertaining to getting a title when the car was paid off. I am filing a formal complaint with your agency at the request of my legal counsel in hopes of helping to get them to release the title due me. I have retained legal counsel already and they have copies of all the documents and my attempts to secure the title and are preparing to accelerate legal action against the institution for them failing to provide release of lien or title upon demand and offering no further explanation.
