      Never less than a 20 min wait on hold. No responses to problem issues. Requires a copy of your Drivers License to do anything. Moved out of state and they drug their feet on *** requests for information on title. Won't change my address without a copy of my license, but I can't get a license until my vehicle is plated. Sent temp license but they won't accept.

      I understand your frustration with the phone system! I'll report this issue again to the head of that department.I also need to further research the problem with your DL, but in the meantime please email your current lease or rental agreement along with any documents you have from your local DMV, directly to me at **********************

      From Bank Text Box: Hi ******, anytime you have merchants set up on an ACH and they attempt to pull funds from your account or post to your (sic), and the funds aren't available. It will cause a fee just from the merchant trying. To prevent any fees, please make sure that funds are available in your account to cover transactions that's posting. As a courtesy, I've given the fee back, but no more courtesy fees can be given.My Response: Why is there a limit? The credit union should not charge until after that day has been closed out (2 pm) or whatever. Because sometimes, people know that they paid their bills before they get the money into their account, but plan on moving money (or check) to that account that day. I am about to move all of my business to another bank/credit union because Five-Star is not customer focused. Plus, I moved the money out of my regular account for a safety net if someone tried to hack my card and purchase things without my consent. I understand the *** charge, however, Five-star is too ready to take money from your customer.I will be reporting to ******************** about your customer service!AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CREDIT UNION FOR USE! I only use it because they bought out my rural Bank in ******* and wanted to keep my business in my town I currently live in. However, their **************** and policies are not done very well. Cannot contact my local facility directly and put on hold for almost 8 hours over 3 days trying to contact them!

      I will bring the phone issues you mention to the attention of the head of that department. It appears you are accustomed to a 'cut-off' time which isn't used by Five Star Credit Union. If a transaction is presented during business hours, it will post, or attempt to post.. We also post multiple, approximately 6-8 ACH and check files, every business day. Many debit and credit card transactions will post 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Some card transactions will post before you can walk from the cash register to your vehicle! The advice you received to be sure funds are available prior to authorizing the transaction, is perfect advice. You can also request that funds from another account be automatically transferred to your primary account in the event the balance isn't enough to pay your transactions. If our system makes these transactions, there is a nominal fee. This fee can be avoided if you make needed transfers through our home or mobile banking service. You can look at your current balance as often as you wish on your phone and the balance you see is your actual balance. Our Financial Advocates will be happy to assist you with this service.       **** IS TELLING A CUSTOMER THAT OUR SERVICES ARE FRAUD, WHEN I CALLED HER, I ASKED TO SPEAK TO BRANCH MANAGER AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME. TRIED TO CALL BACK 4 TIMES, NO ANSWER.

      My husband filed bankruptcy and because we have joint account and I did not refinance our joint loan I am being denied access to my accounts and unable to withdraw money from the *** is this legal
