    I was working directly with the owner, *****************. He handles telephones, internet and television installations with supposedly a reduced rate. On Dec the 5th at 12:23 PM he said he was on the way to my home and was only 6 minutes away. At 2:00 PM called to see where he was and he said I can't talk right now I will call you back asap. At 3:20 PM he sent a text saying he would here on Monday. On Monday at 10:32 AM I ask if he was still coming. He came back that he was stuck in Louisiana. He said he would call me when he gets back in town. I went back with a text telling him that I looked for to seeing him because I had to take my wife back to ******* on the 2nd to go to the *********************************. He had promised that I would have it in so my 94 year mother would have time to learn to use the system. I sent a text on the 7th of January telling they had found cancer in my wife's spinal fluids so we have to go back on the 17th of January. He came back with I have to send one of my guys (exposed to covid 19).He asked for a check for $450.00 which was to cover the equipment piece and price for the first month. He had told me verbally that he wouldn't cash the check until I was satisfied. I drove to his office the next day and left the check. He came back with a text saying he would send his guys over on Monday to install. I asked how much my monthly bill would be and he said $150.00. On Monday at 3:56 PM I sent a text saying Still waiting on some to show up. He came back with yes in the ***** with a picture of a tower? He came with a 2nd part of will be there at 8:00 AM sorry last delay I promise. Wednesday January 11 at 8:47 AM I sent the text You still coming? Yes but we have customers down and I have to get them restored first. Will call you as soon as we get this in hand. I told him my wife has cancer that can't be cured. He said so sorry let me know how I can help. I said get the system installed. I gave you the money a couple of weeks ago. See the attachment.
