    I have been promised 4 installation dates since January, no show for all. Initially was told it's such a straight shot from the tower I wont even need an installation charge, then was told it's all ready we just need to turn it on, then suddenly it was a line about how it wont work for you in May. Meanwhile I had purchased about $200 worth of equipment they would need and of course they are not willing to buy that from me. For the past several months I have received emails about my "past due account" and have had calls from the office girl about my past due status. She doesn't believe me when I tell her I have nothing from you people. I'm not even sure this is a real company.
