      This new policy Riviera has of not swapping out bad modems with a new one at their office is really bad. Every cable company I’ve every had service with always did this to get you up and running, even if there was another problem. So I have an obviously dead modem ( no lights) and they won’t swap it out. Instead they issue a work order for a tech to come to my house. This could take up to a week or more. Meanwhile, I left with no internet or TV and all smart devises deactivated. The supervisor who started this policy needs to reverse it immediately. It’s time consuming and benefits no one, including Riviera.
