    I placed a $219 order on 10/31. I received an initial order confirmation email, but then received no further correspondence from the company. There is no phone number listed for the company. Instead I submitted a contact request via the website twice. I have emailed twice. I have also messaged on ********, Instagram, and Tik Tok. No one will respond to me. I eventually had to report the charge as fraudulent after nearly two months of no responses.

    Thank you so much for getting in touch. I'm a bit taken back by this, as I have been in contact via email and shipped your order within the estimated production time.

    Upon placing your order you had agreed to the estimated 25 business day production timeline. Your order was estimated to ship the week of December 9th. You stated you had been contacting for two months with no response, this is not true however. You reached out to our direct email on the 11th, and received a response on the 13th. I completely understand getting upset when not recieving an immediate response, but we do our best to get back as soon as possible. The holiday season tends to cause a slight delay with being a small business and 3-person team. 

    Regardless of the email response time during the holidays, I hope you or the recipient enjoy your custom piece. Please reach out via direct email if I can assist with anything else. Thank you
