    I ordered a $209.25 custom hand-painted pet wallet from Furrbabe on November 5, 2024. The site said to allow 20 business days due to the handmade nature of the item. Given the holiday season, I was patient and followed up on December 24. After no reply to my first email, I sent another and finally received a response saying my order would ship by January 15, 2025.I appreciated the communication and agreed to the new timeline. However, as of June 11, 2025, I still have not received the item, a refund, or any further updates. Ive emailed multiple times since January and have been completely ignored.Whats most upsetting is that I didnt dispute the charge with my credit card during the 60-day window because I genuinely wanted the product. This was not just a purchaseit was meant to be a sentimental keepsake of my dogs.Ive lost both money and trust. I support small businesses and understand delays, but going silent on a paying customer for months is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

    I worked with them on a large project for my staff. We gifted each staff member a Custom Wallet with their pet on it. The team went above and beyond making sure each piece was perfect. I was so thrilled with the accuracy and care that went into each item. Most of our staff was in tears over the gifts.Thank you to ***** and her fantastic team!
