    Donohoo Chevrolet ruined my vehicle ! Damages incurred during possession by Donohoo. Donohoo deflected ANY and ALL accountability. RODENT chewed interior carpet. Donohoo stated There arent any rodents at our facility. I opened hood on engine bay in the presence of Donohoo lead mechanic, to address other issues, and the lead mechanic pointed to me, the rodent prints on the engine plastics. Yet, Donohoo is the only facility in the world, that doesnt have any rodent problems. Id bet $100.00, ********************** has pest control company upping their services now. My vehicle is a 2024 and was cleaned prior to my delivery to Donohoo. Donohoo employees damaged my vehicle with no regard whatsoever. I attempted resolution & was met with a partial response. The culture of Donohoo, by my experience, is for the employees to deny any accountability and for the management to maintain by deception to customers. I wouldnt allow ********************** mechanics to as much as adding fluid to windshield wipers. I have some automotive knowledge.. for the general public thats not aware-be cautious if youre choosing Donohoo. You may come to regret it as much as I have. Because at the end of the day-Donohoo isnt going to be forthcoming to let customers know theyve made a mistake or that damage has been incurred. They ***************** and lie shameful business practices.
